Overview
I had some trouble with this mission, and people on the internet said that it is random and chaotic. I found a pretty reliable way of finishing the mission.Spoiler-free hint: There are three shotguns in the level. Place them in strategic positions as a security guard before becoming a food vendor.
Walkthrough
Preparation
– Start at the Dolphin Fountain with a silenced pistol, lockpick, and coins
– Go to the parking garage, to the side entrance of the security booth
– Drop a fire extinguisher next to the yellow car
– Shoot the fire extinguisher
– When the guard opens the door and comes out of the security booth, slip past him. He will not notice you as trespassing
– Disable the surveillance system
– Pick up the guard uniform and the shotgun
– Go to the small rectangular medical booth, between the Kronstadt Paddock and
the Stands South
– Drop the shotgun on the floor and place a coin in the middle of the room
– Do not throw the coin, place it with caps lock and E. We don’t want to attract any attention yet.
– Go to the security area above the Kronstadt Garage and pick up the shotgun
– Go to the room behind the Control Room between South Stands and North Stands, the one with the fuse box.
– Drop the shotgun on the floor
– Pick up the Event Key in the book case next to the fusebox
– Go outside, to the South Stands Level 2 and pick up the screw driver
– Walk past the guards, one of them your target Richard Nimeth, and go down the stairs
– Open the metal gate
– Go to the security area near the Event Entrance
– Pick up the shotgun inside
– Go inside the back room of the kiosk at South Stands where the target Dennis Delaney works
– Unlock both doors to this room
– Drop the shotgun on the floor
– Go inside the back room of the kiosk at North Stands, and dress as the food vendor
First Target: Richard Nimeth
– Go through the metal gate that you opened earlier to South Stands Level 2
– Hide behind the ledge and drop your pistol on the floor
– Get Richard’s attention by throwing the screw driver. I found that the screw driver works better than the coin.
– Quickly run to the square medical booth where you dropped the first shotgun
– Pick up the shotgun and hide in the cupboard
– Richard will walk through the medical booth to deposit the gun in the security room above the Kronstadt Garage. Wait until he comes back
– When he comes back and picks up the coin, wait for the door behind him to close
– Just as the door closes, jump out of the cupboard and shoot him
– Dump his body in the cupboard and hide in the cupboard yourself
– Wait for the guards to calm down
Second Target: Benjami Smith
– You still have your shotgun
– Exit the medical booth when nobody is looking and walk past the porta potties to the area behind Benjamin Smith
– Stay close to the right row of porta potties, and Benjamin will not notice you
– Hide behind the cardboard boxes and throw a coin to lure Benjamin to the back area
– Shoot him
– Hide his body in the garbage bin
– Hide in the garbage bin yourself
– Wait for the guards to calm down
Third Target: Kanye Belmonte
– Exit the garbage bin and drop the shotgun on the floor
– Go to the area behind the Control Room where you dropped the second shotgun
– This step requires a bit of timing. There are two security guards outside this room, one at the North Stands, one at the South Stands. They patrol the areas outside. Wait until both are close to the door, then disable the fuse box.
– Hide behind the storage container
– By the time Kanye comes in, the guards should be on the far side of their patrol route
– Now the order of actions matter, because you don’t have much time
– Shot Kanye in the back as he enables the fuse box
– Immediately drop the shotgun on the floor
– Dump his body in the storage container
– Run through the Control room, down the stairs, to the room behind the food kiosk where you dropped the third shotgun.
– Hide in the storage container if necessary
– Wait for the guards to calm down
Fourth Target: Dennis Delaney
– Disable the fuse box
– Hide in the storage container
– Shoot Dennis
– Hide Dennis in the storage container
– Drop the shotgun on the floor
– Exit the mission
