1.Opciones de lanzamiento. Launch options.
- Biblioteca de Steam.
- Click derecho en H1Z1: KotK.
- Propiedades, general, definir parámetros de lanzamiento.
- Y pegar esta línea de comandos.
- -nosplash -noPause -cpuCount=4 -maxMem=8192 -exThreads=8 -malloc=system
Puedes editar esta línea según los cores de tu pc y la memoria ram.
-maxMem=4096 (4 GB Ram)
-maxMem=8192 (8 GB Ram)

-cpuCount=4 (Normalmente 4 cores reales)
-exThreads=8 (Este comando son los cores totales, contando los cores virtuales)
- Steam Library.
- Right click in H1Z1: KotK.
- Properties, general, set launch parameters.
- And paste this command line.
- -nosplash -noPause -cpuCount=4 -maxMem=8192 -exThreads=8 -malloc=system
You can edit this line according to the cores of your pc and the ram.

2. Opciones de usuario. User options.
- Biblioteca de steam.
- Click derecho en H1Z1: KotK.
- Propiedades, archivos locales, ver archivos locales.
- Buscar UserOptiones.ini
- Y abrir con bloc de notas.
Una vez abierto, nos encontramos con todas estas opciones de configuración.

3. Guardar. Save.
Guarda la configuración e inicia juego, notarás una mejoría.
Recomiendo poner 2 teclas en opciones de teclado, para aumentar y disminuir la distancia de renderización mientras juegas una partida, ya que en ciudades puedes poner el mínimo (500) y en campo abierto puedes jugar con 1000 si no te va muy mal, para poder ver un poco más lejos)
