How to get it
Given by Sophia: Buy first animal
fish
Note:
I have max fishing pole while continuing testing / bait can be affected and so can what you can catch without bait
– I know early on with starter fishing pole that you can catch between 1/3rd to 2/3rd of fish – probably most small to med fish
– Once the fish get above med then you need to use higher pole and higher bait
– The larger-largest fish (like Arowana) do require max all (and a lot of the ocean fish require good bait on up)
– The encylopedia does not note fish size so you will have to use your own judgment
‘- Cyril mentions a ‘phantom fish’ (request 9) but don’t know if it exists or is just narrative (just narrative)
