Description: Navigate the rotating rings and race to the finish line!
Qualified: 75%
A gauntlet show, players will need to race across a series of rotating platforms to the end. If you’ve played the Roll Off mini-game then you will be familiar with how to navigate through this obstacle course. The trick is to be patient and try to stay away from a massive crowd. It’s very easy to get knocked off into the slime below, so don’t try to jump for platforms rotating near the edge.

Skyline Stumble has you jumping through gravity fields to climb higher and higher. Where things get fun, is there are several buttons you can press to launch projectiles at other players or mess with their path in a large maze. There’s a fun mix of interactivity and raw skilled involved with this mode, as you’ll need to perfectly time your gravity jumps if you hope to get ahead. Just make sure to ignore the flipper wall at the end, it’s much faster to take the “long” route on either side.

Description: Navigate the futuristic obstacles and run laps around the track!

Fall Guys’ first ever race. Short Circuit tasks you with running through a race track full of obstacles and completing two laps before a certain number of people qualify. This is easier said than done, as the various traps include mazes, gravity fields, lasers, flingers, and moving platforms.

Description: Navigate the futuristic obstacles, stay on top of the hoverboard, and race to the finish line!
Qualified: Survivors of slime
A survival mode, players start on a large hoverboard that slowly moves towards the finish line. Your task is to ride the hoverboard all the way to the end, while dodging lasers, conveyor belts, platforms, and other obstacles. This is a pretty tricky mode since you need to balance not being knocked off the map and keeping up with the moving hoverboard. Just remember, you only have to make it to the end and your placement across the finish line doesn’t matter.

Description: Avoid the flying futuristic projectiles and stay on top of the see saw!

You’re on a small tilting platform while being pelted with cannons. All you have to do is not get knocked into the Slime to succeed. Trust me, it’s way harder than it sounds – especially when you have 20+ players scrambling to dodge oncoming projectiles.

Description: Score points by getting balls into the opposing team’s hoops – work together to get the win!

Similar to Fall Ball, but slightly less punishing, this mini-game tasks you with being the best bean basketballer around. Pitting two teams against one another, users will battle over three basketballs in the center. Once you grab a basketball, run it to your enemy’s side and throw it into one of three baskets in the gravity field. You can either just toss the ball or jump into the gravity field for a slam dunk. Keep your eye out for the golden balls, as these are worth three points instead of one!

Objective: Colour the tiles!
Description: Run across and colour the tiles!
How to play: GRAB the batteries and RUN across the tiles to re-colour the field!

Power Trip has two teams grabbing batteries at the start of the game and then running across tiles to turn them to their color. With two floors, this a frantic game mode that’s all about territory control and ensuring your team has more color tiles than the enemy. It’s a tricky balance to achieve, as you’ll need to both ensure that your playing defensive enough to cover your side, while also coating the enemy’s turf in your color. I recommend prioritizing the bottom floor at the beginning and then moving to the floating platform above when the round is about to end. Securing that area can mean the difference between victory and defeat.

Objective: Race to the finish!
Description: Outrun the slime and reach the finish line!
How to play: Outrun the rising slime and survive through obstacles to reach the finish line!
Qualified: Survivors of slime
Like its sister course Slime Climb, players must run away from rising slime, ascending through a multi-section race course, and reach the goal. Falling in the slime will result in elimination. This round times out at 3:10.

Type: Hunt
Objective: Press the buttons!
How to play: Press the button that lights up to score points and defeat your rival!
Qualified: 50%
Players will be placed into arenas where they will face off against a single opponent. Within each arena, there is a raised platform surrounded by a Gravity Zone in the center, two Force-Field platforms leading to the raised platform, and a Blizzard Fan in each corner of the arena. Each gravity zone, force-field, and blizzard fan have a button corresponding to them, which change the gravity, turn force-fields on and off, and turn the fans on and off, respectively. The goal of the game is press the buttons that light up before your opponent does. The button to press will be lit up in a yellow-ish colour, as opposed to the standard red. When done successfully, you will receive one point. If you have more points than your opponent once the 1:30 timer expires, you will qualify for the next round. If any of the players are tied after 1:30, the round will go into overtime (for only players that are tied) until the next player scores a point to break a tie.
Season 3 (Winter)

Another Gauntlet mini-game, Tundra Run is definitely the most traditional of the new shows introduced in Season 3. At the start, players will all rush towards the finish line while dodging punchers, fans, and a lot of flippers scattered throughout the map. There are also some shortcuts laced through for those who are confident in their skins. Just becare of the ice, as it can be tricky to make pinpoint moves while running!

Description: Jump through the holes to score points!

Taking Hoopsie-Daisy and flipping it on its head, Ski Fall has beans launching themselves down a massive slope. The objective is to jump through bronze, silver, or gold hoops until they achieve 15 points. Along the way, players will need to dodge various obstacles and other beans in an attempt to score enough points to qualify. If you reach the bottom and haven’t qualified, you’ll be sent back to the top of the slope to try again.

Description: Scale the frozen mountain to reach the finish line at the peak!

Unlike other gauntlet maps, Freezy Peaks spawns players all around the outer edges of the map. When it begins, players have to climb up a massive mountain full of flippers, punchers, fans, and giant snowballs. This will eventually bring all the players together in a final sprint towards the finish where they’ll ride the wind and have to navigate a moving maze of walls.

Description: Push your snowball through snow to grow it to max size!

In Snowy Scrap, three teams will need to roll a ball over snow patches to increase its size. The area features multiple levels and clumps of snow that will test your squad’s ability to rapidly maneuver a snowball. This will certainly be the most divisive of the new mini-games, as it’s easy to quickly fall behind if you’re the last team to reach the center.

Apparently, Mediatonic thought it would be hilarious if the eggs could run around the map. For this mode, teams have to chase after a fast-moving mechanical penguin and grab hold of it. As you hold the penguin you’ll score points for your team. This can get hectic fast, as players will need to think both offensively and defensively to complete this mode.

Description: Stay atop the cracking ice to avoid the slime below!
Qualified: Last
Similar to Hex-A-Gone, players will need to be the last bean standing as the tiled below them vanish. The catch is, there are only three layers and they are stacked on top of one another. Additionally, the tiles won’t vanish right away, but begin to crack the longer you’re on them. The round will keep going until one bean is left standing victoriously over the others. This mini-game is all about managing your time on the ice while avoiding any tiles that are about to shatter.

The last new map additional is a final round variant of Roll Out. For this mode, the last remaining players must navigate the rotating platforms which will drastically increase in speed as time goes on. Additionally, slime will rise up and for players to make quick movements in the middle, rather than riding the roller all the way to the end. It’s easily one of the trickiest final mini-games in Fall Guys and will require lightning-fast reactions to consistently survive.

How to play: Try not to break the ice and don’t fall out the bowl!

Snowball Survival is a survival round. All players start in a bowl with icy walls and a base made out of hexagonal tiles. The outer part of the floor and the center are made of ice tiles, with the rest being reddish-coloured tiles. The red tiles never break, but like Thin Ice, the ice tiles continually crack to a weakened state and eventually break after being stood on for too long. At the start of the round, cannons shoot a total of two giant snowballs into the bowl. These balls can move decently fast, and will knock the player a significant amount if they are hit by the ball. This round runs for a total of 1 minute, after which all remaining survivors qualify for the next round.
Season 2 (Medieval)

This is what Gauntlet mini-games should aspire to be. Knight Fever is a lengthy gauntlet that has players battling their way through a series of hazards. This includes swinging blades, rotating horizontal cylinders with spikes on them, swinging logs, and moving drawbridges. It’s a lot to manage and this mini-game is a little more ruthless than others in this archetype. Navigating these hazards can be difficult the first few times, especially since getting hit by many of them will send you hurtling to your doom. I strongly recommend taking your time during the swinging logs since getting hit almost assuredly will force you to retry this segment.

If you thought relying on people in See Saw was bad, wait till you play Wall Guys. In the mini-game, players will have to shove rolling blocks to form a makeshift staircase so they can scale a large wall. There are three sets of walls, each of which is higher than the next. This creates some chaotic moments where everyone is trying to form a path over the wall before throwing themself at an edge to grab it. You’ll need to largely rely on others because moving the rolling blocks takes a fair amount of time. One tip for surviving this mini-game is don’t always stick with the group. People spend a lot of time trying to climb over one another, so making your own path elsewhere can be a safer way of qualifying.

In this mini-game, players will compete to be the first ones to jump through six hoops. Similar to Hoopsie Daisy, rings will descend from the sky which you have to dive or jump through to score. The catch is everyone’s on their own, which can craft some tense moments where people are fighting over one ring. There are also moveable boxes which you’ll need in order to reach the gold rings. When you’re playing this mode, try to create a path to the center of the map, as that’s where a lot of the rings will spawn. Most people tend to stick to the outer edges, so you can collect your rings in the middle with little trouble.

How to play: Use <grab> to GRAB eggs – store them in your team’s nest to score points!

It’s Egg Scramble, but with 200% more hazards. Boasting everything from drawbridges to different elevations to swinging blades, there’s a lot more you have to watch out for. This can make the initial moments where everyone is grabbing eggs quite entertaining, as navigating this mini-game can be quite tricky. The “basket” is also easier to escape with stolen eggs, which typically causes more chaos in the center of the map. While it doesn’t solve the problem of two teams ganging up on the third, the alterations make it more far more enjoyable than the original.

Big Fans is an obstacle course divided into four main sections to traverse. Each section consists of several fans that spin slowly. There are checkpoints after the first three sections. The first section consists of two medium-sized fans that converge into one large-sized fan. The second section contains one large fan in the center, with a small-sized fan on either side. The third section consists of three small-sized fans which converge into two medium-sized fans, which further converge into a medium-sized fan with a rotating beam to jump over. The fourth and final section consists of two medium-sized fans which converge into one large-sized fan; all of these fans have rotating Beams to jump over.
