A simple guide on how to optimize Fallout 3 for anyone with a low end machine out there.

STEP 1.The first step entails the installation of a very important tool called the Nexus Mod Manager.
You might have already have heard of this useful tool if your at all into Fallout 3 modding. This program streamlines the usage of mods, sed mods will be used to make your game run better.
STEP 2.The second step will be directing you twords the mods you should install with the mod manager to optimize your Fallout 3 game, and make it look a good bit uglier. If you are not comfterable with that then i apologize, i would recommend just flower picking wich mods suit you the most.
STEP 1: Nexus Mod Manager
The Nexus Mod Manager is a essential tool for the installation of mods. It streamlines the act of installing mods to a simple click and drag. If you’re at all into Fallout 3 modding I’m sure you’ve heard of this tool, and maybe already have it. If not i will link a youtube video on how to install the Nexus Mod Manager. But fret not it is a very simple task.

STEP 2.The mods
Alright, on to step 2. This step will be mainly directing you twords the mods and tools you’ll use to improve your game exsperience. (Message me if any Link’s don’t work)
Fallout 3 Configurator:A very basic mods that allows you to customize your Fallout 3 more then the vanillia game would allow you to. [link]
Fallout 3 Fog Remover: The name said it all, it removes all fog from the game. In turn increasing FPS. [link]
Low Res Textures: Yet again the name say’s it all this mod adds in low res textures to everything from clutter, to landscape. It has a all in one pack or you can pick and chose what low res textures you you want. [link]
Rivet City FPS: This mods aims to increase fps by deleting some unnoticeable items in the game.

Better Game Performace: A major mod, increasing fps by removing many of the useless clutter items in the game. I would recommend like with all mods downloading the latest version.

Removed dust particles: The name say’s i all.

Fallout Sutter Remover: A mod that removes alot of the stutter in Fallout, for me especially when walking sideways. [link]

Rivet City-Cleaned up:Removes some trash from rivet city, and some other misc things.

No Gunshot lights: NOTE this mod removes the lights, not the muzzle effect.

In conclusion
So with all or even most of those mods installed i assure you that there will be a fps increase by a substantial amount.
