This guide contains tips for playing on Hardcore Mode.
Tips
1.Side with NCR
-NCR has a lot of territory, if you need to eat, drink, or sleep it will be easier to do so as there are NCR bases and forts all over the Mojave.
2.Focus on Strength, Agility, and Endurance.
3.Have a place to store your stuff.
-The Sink (Old World Blues)
-The Abandoned BoS Bunker (After beating Dead Money)
-and The Lucky 38 Presidential Suite are all good places to store your stuff as they do not disappear in these places. Trust me, you’ll need one.
4.Don’t pick any traits in the beginning (Except Wild Wasteland)
-Even though they have upsides, they have downsides which make the game harder, and it’s already hard enough.
5.Max out your Medicine and Survival skills.
