1. Go to C:Users*username*Documentsmy gamesFalloutNV
2. Open Fallout.ini
3. Change fDefaultFOV= value to 90 [fDefaultFOV=90.0]
4. add this line bottom of [Display] section: fDefaultWorldFOV=90.0
5. Save and put ”read only”

6. Go to C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonFallout New Vegas
7. Open Fallout_default
8. add this line bottom of [Display] section : fDefaultWorldFOV=90.0
9. Save and put ”read only”
Now u have custom fov and without losing achievements 🙂
