Это сохранение было сделано для тех, кому лень бегать и тратить время на поиски этих трубок и мяты (даже по гайду).
1. Скачиваем сохранение

2. Распаковываем, копируем сохранение в директорию игры(…SteamSteamAppscommonPOSTAL2CompleteSave)
3. Используем трубки и мяту (по 10 каждой) и наслаждаемся ачивкой
