In this guide I am goin to tell you how to find Fin Gleam in Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion.Lets start with what is Fin Gleam?Fin Gleam is a glass helmet with night eye,water breathing,and detect life.It can be found at any level,even level one.It is off the west coast of the island by Anvil .Look for a pile of bones by a rock pile,the rock pile is close the shore and underwater.I have included a picture of where it is on your local map.I wish you good luck and happy hunting.
