Fix: An unknow exception has occurred

I saw that so many people (like me) have a problem with the game in some points particulary, the game crash.

The way to fix it is (in my case i have a dual-core processor) assignate to the process only 1 core.

1. Open Final Fantasy VIII Launcher
2. Open Windows Task Manager (CTRL + SHIFT + ESCAPE on W7)
3. Find the process “FF8_Launcher.exe” , right click stablish afinity
4. Select 1 CPU (no matter wich one)

As i don’t have a quad-core PC to test if with 2 cores this game can run safely, but this absolutely works for dual-core
If you don’t understand what i’m explaining, comment! i would put pictures and something else that helps you!

**** For some unkonw reason, installing the game at C: (The same disk as your SO) also makes it crashes a lot less. Nibelung had it installed at D: in the same folder I put all my steam games, and it was crashing every 1d10 minutes, even with those tricks.

Varias personas, como yo, tenemos problemas con el juego, y es que en algunos momentos específicos crashea sin importar bajo qué condiciones llegues a ese momento de juego.

La forma de resolverlo (debo aclarar que tengo un procesador de dos núcleos) es asignar el proceso del juego a un solo núcleo.
1. Abrir el LAUNCHER de Final Fantasy VIII
2. Abrir el administrador de tareas de Windows (CTRL + SHIFT + ESCAPE en W7)
3. Ecnontrar el proceso “FF8_Launcher.exe” , darle click derecho a Establecer afinidad
4. Seleccionar 1 CPU (no importa cuál)

No tengo procesador quad-core a mi alcance para probar si en ese caso el problema se arregle con 3, o 2 nucleos, pero aseguro que este procedimiento funciona para dual-core.

**** Es importante instalar el juego en el mismo HDD que el SO, por alguna razón, instalarlo en otra partición ocasiona estos crash incluso haciendo lo que la guía indica
