Fix low fps and stutter

When you have stuttering you will have a similar view to this in the task manager:


Step 1: What you have to do is changing the affinity of moh.exe


Step 2: Remove the thread that's having the problem (in this case CPU 7)



Step 3: after that you can check the result and the other threads will handle the process without this thread
