Ciao, prima di tutto vai nella cartella del gioco (la stessa di gta-vc.exe e testapp.exe) di solito si trova in: SteamSteamAppscommonGrand Theft Auto Vice City
Ora non ti resta che scaricare la DLL e hai fatto!!!

Una volta che hai finito la tua cartella del gioco dovrebbe essere simile a questa:

Now simply download this dll and paste in that folder!
