THE BUG
Well, I really tried a lot of time for fix the game, nothing works, dunno if anybody knows this way to fix it or if I can post my fix there, but I’m just trying to help.
First of all, let me talk about what I tried to fix it…
I installed it in C:Programfiles (x86)….
Permissions fix.
Start as admin.
Nothing works.
Temporary FIX
the first one and Temporary FIX:
1º. To open the game put the last version that you have in the folder patch (C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonTreeOfSaviorpatch), inside the version text document of tree of saviorrelease, only the first 6 numbers.
2º. Open the game and play, have some bugs, items that dont display descriptions, skills, like but it works and “playable”.
FINAL FIX
the second one and actually the best that works for me and without bugs (choose this FIX in first time):
In my case, the patcher stopped working on extracting files, try to see in which version happen (mine in the last one, 156041).
Go to C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonTreeOfSaviorpatch Look for the one that you saw that was the problem and delete it. you will see the version in the first 6 numbers of the .ipf file. (EXAMPLE: 156041_001001.ipf)
Then open your launcher, if happen the same. Delete it again, it took me 2 times to repair it for me.
When it fixed, the game will launch and enjoy 🙂
