There are three steps to fix most games issues, in this case let’s talk about the Homing Weapons in Just Cause 3:1. Start Steam in Big Picture Mode. There are a lot of errors Steam fix by itself because makes Steam grab cavalry instead just minimal functions. Right click on Steam in the tray and select Big Picture or go to Steam options (in fullscreen) and under “View” tab. Try playing, should be fixed.2. Probably you won’t need this but validate cache files in Big Picture Mode. 3. This should be fixed already. If it didn’t just update your drivers by reinstalling them in Windows’ administrator and avoid 3rd party driver softwares. Summary: Open Big Picture, validate files and play. You don’t need Big Picture opened always. Worked fine in lots of game so far, most known is BioShock and Skyrim bugs.Comment if you have any other questions related. Game on!
