How to Make Them

The art of biscuit cooking is done here in this machine. The biscuits that are available for you to cook are displayed on the left. Every biscuit has a supply cost that you can see by the number under the biscuit. The white bar above the machine indicates how many supplies you have left and how much you will use to cook the biscuit you are looking at. Supplies can only be refilled by jumping to a new system. New biscuit recipes can be acquired at Fluffy Biscuit factories around the galaxy.

To begin cooking, simply click on the desired biscuit and a 3 second countdown will begin on the right. Just above the countdown you will be able to see the status of the biscuit and the time required to perfectly cook the biscuit. Once the countdown ends, cooking begins. Try your best to estimate the amount of time the biscuit has been cooking for and press ‘R’ when you are ready to remove the biscuit.

Depending on how long the biscuit cooked relative to the stated tme, your biscuit will either be undercooked, cooked, perfectly cooked, or overcooked. Undercooking or overcooking a biscuit will result in the biscuit giving its bonus for a shorter duration while perfectly cooking it will increase the duration. Undercooking a biscuit will also reduce the sell value of the biscuit while perfectly cooking it will increase the value. Strangely enough, overcooking a biscuit increases the sell value even beyond that of a perfectly cooked biscuit.

How to Sell Them

Making overcooked biscuits can be a steady income of credits for a Fluffy Biscuit crew. Each jump the biscuit maker can be used to cook as many biscuits as possible and then refilled simply by jumping to a new system. Since the profits from selling individual biscuits in this manner easily covers the cost of fuel capsuels a crew could make biscuits to sell indefinitely to raise money for various ship upgrades. Selling biscuits in this manner does not, however, count towards each crew’s sales ranking.
