There is one level in each chapter which has grids in background, and the grids will move along with your mouse. Once the grids are aligned, you will see a square flashing on the screen, and the %&$# is collected in that chapter.

//mod_b – Level 4
//mod_c – Level 5
//main – Level 4
//dir – Level 7
//sys – Level 1
#$^)@? complete
Once you found all %&$# and get the achievement, go back to the menu and you will see there is a new chapter “#$^)@?” in the chapter selection screen.
In this chapter, you are required to complete the level without hitting the red squares. Once you finished it, you will get “#$^)@? complete” achievement.
And now you got all achievements in this game!
