Here you can find everything you need to increase fps in the game.
Set the BaseSystemSettings[drive.google.com] file to Steam steamapps common Outlast Engine Config.
The remaining 3 files[drive.google.com] are placed in Users ** Name your user ** My Documents My Games Outlast OLGame Config.
This will give you + 5-15 fps.
