Overview

Tips, Tricks and Secrets about each level in the game

Rooftops

The Rooftops is a quite basic level, you have a skyscraper on the left where you start, and another one on the right where you finish.

Tips: The big gap needs a bridge to cross but from about a third of the way across, you can sprint then jump to the bottom of the wall of the right skyscraper and wall-jump up to the finish. Use this to your advantage.

The Farm

The Farm is the smallest level but it is more complex than Rooftops. You start on a barn, cross a gap above a tractor and a spining blade and reach the finish on the top of a silo.

The silo can be wall-jumped up, and the spinning blade will kill you. The floor is solid so you can fall without dying.

If you drop down to the left of the barn you can go inside it on the left to find some secret messages and drawings

Tips: The wheat is tall so you can hide traps such as barbed wire in without others seeing (Credit to louisthelemon)

Old Mansion

The Old Mansion is quite complex and the first level you have to unlock.

There is a wooden platform at the bottom right but it’s surrounded by thorns which can kill you

There is broken glass on a platform to the middle-left which can kill you too.

There is an elevator that can be activated by two buttons:

One is on the bottom floor:

The other is left of the top of the elevator shaft:

The roof can be climbed too

Tips: Going right and wall-jumping up the wall is a good way to get to the end before people waiting for the elevator or avoinding traps in the central area

Waterfall

The Waterfall is one of my favourites. The music is beautiful!

You start in a cave at the bottom left and have to build in the abiss to go to the right of the screen to double-back on yourself on the top to the finish in an old tree.

The cliff-face can’t be wall-jumped so if you fall at the start you’re a gonner

Tips: I’ve got no tips to be honest. (If you have any, tell me in the comments and I’ll put your name with it here)

Pyramid

The Pyramid is quite big. You start left of the pyramid, you can go through or over it. Then you have to jump some quick sand which will kill you and go past the moving sphinx to get to the finsh revealing that you are in some kind of Eygpt-Dino-Castle crazy-golf course. (Americans, Crazy-golf is what Mini-golf is in the UK)

The Sphinx is mechanical and lifts up and down:

You can be crushed to death by it so watch out.

Tips: Use the complex tunnels of the pyramid to your advantage, think carefully about which ones to block or where to trap or where to leave safe. Having a complex route to the finish is more likely to be unnoticed by the other players bagging you those precious solo points

Windmill

The Windmill is mostly vertical. You start on a cherry-picker-type crane. Then you need to build your way up or wall-jump of the blue box thing on the left or the broken tower on the right. Then once you are up the finish is spinning on the blades of the windmill, they don’t kill you but you have to wait for the finish to rotate to the bottom or build to the top.

There is no floor so if you fall you’ll die

You can wall-jump both off the blue box thing and its supports:

You can wall jump of the tower too but if you go through the holes you will pass through and potentially die:

However there is a slight bit of platform in the holes before the fall:

You can also stand on top:

Tips: Timing, Timing, Timing! The finish is always spinning so you need to time to be first! One you have a route set make sure you know how long it takes you to get there then modify it so you can get to the finish ASAP and anyone trying to follow you won’t make it before the next rotation of the blades

Metal Plant

The Metal Plant is quite bizzare compared to the other levels. The whole thing is on moving blocks covered in honey! Even the finish at the top moves!

There is no floor so don’t drop!

Tips: When you go up consider whether it is faster to climb up or just ride the blocks. It may be different every round!

Iceberg

The Iceberg has a lot going on. There is a boat taking you to the end while ice drops from above to get to the igloo where the finish is.

Falling in the ocean kills you.

The boat has four points where you can stand but the propellor can kill you.

The igloo can be entered but unlike the barn in The Farm, you can’t see inside

^ Inside

Tips: The boat is key, try to work out wheter to ride it or not. And try to knock people out whilst the boat helpfully carries them into your traps

Dance Party

Dance Party is RAD! Everything including the characters, start, finish and anything placed are black silhouettes and the backgroud changes colour.

However it is very difficult as you have constantly moving black bars acroos the screen making you blend in.

The bars can be in various styles such as pinwheels, vertical and horizontal:

When placing objects you can see on the left a night city and the stars at the top:

Tips: Go easy on the traps! The black bars kill people enough without hockey pucks and arrows flying around. Find a route and take your time! Rushing rarely pays off in this level

The Pier

WOOHOO! NEW LEVEL!

Don’t let the cheerful music trick you! THIS LEVEL IS EXTREAMLY DIFFICULT!

Sure the happy beach setting seems nice but then you place your obsticles, the game starts, then BAM! THE OCEAN ATTACKS YOU!!!

Touch any water. YOU DIE!

Your only hope is to run and climb the pier supports because if you are even 2 seconds too slow you will not survive!

Tips:

The water takes about 2 seconds to reach you if you don’t move at the start so if you can make an obsticle course on the sand that you can pass but trap others then you’ll do well

Ignore the first 2 gaps and try to climb the supports in the 3rd or final gaps as you can get ahead of the sea if you run straight to them

The sea goes away after a few seconds but only leaves you a couple more before it returns so if necessary make a platform to wait before you can run again

DON’T ride the surfboard. It’s suicide.

I like making the game harder, so here are some tips on how to do that.

A few tips for rooftops:

-The vent on the second roof will block projectiles because it is solid. If you want your projectiles to hit, place them above or in front of that vent.
-You can very easily deny people the right to wall jump recoveries by placing things like barbed wire on the sides of the building.

A few tips for the farm:

-Like above, you can deny people from wall jumping up the silo by placing things like barbed wire on its sides.
-It’s very easy to get postmortem points on this particular map, so don’t be afraid of putting a roof over the flag.

A few tips for old mansion:

-Traps can be placed on the elevator buttons.
-Like the farm, it’s very easy to get postmortem points, so feel free to roof the flag.
-Ice and springs are very useful for getting people to involuntarily hit the map hazards.

A few tips for waterfall:

-The actual waterfall obscures vision slightly, so it may be advantageous to place traps there.
-The edge of the top part of the terrain (cliff) can be wall jumped, unlike the cliff wall at the start.
-Because the flag is suspended on a tree, you can place traps under it for last minute kills in case someone misses the flag.
-The topmost portion of the map where the flag is often ignored in wake of immediate traps at the start. Consider placing traps up there to catch others off guard and keep the course difficult.

A few tips for pyramid:

-Conveyor belts can be used to create one way paths through the pyramid.
-Placing walls above the sphinx is an effective way to crush unsuspecting opponents.

A few tips for windmill:

-It is possible to wall jump inside of the open silo / tank thing; This can be remedied by placing deadly traps in there.
-Though it may not look like it, you can place things in front of the windmill blades. This knowledge can be used for devious traps.

A few tips for metal plant:

-Barbed wire is VERY effective on this map. The most effective spots for barbed wire are on the left side of the rotating blocks and the right side of the goal block.
-Due to the unique motion of the blocks, projectiles can either be really effective or totally useless. Try experimenting to find what works for you.

A few tips for iceberg:

-Sticking traps onto the boat can create some really interesting setups.
-You can use the boat to crush people between platforms.
-Placing things under the falling ice area will block the falling ice. Think carefully about whether this is something that you want.

A tip for dance party:

-Lots of projectiles. Nothing more needs to be said.

For pyramid, placing glue and arrows on the sphinx’s face is VERY effective if there are no mid-air platforms, due to the spread. Hockey pucks above the top of its head’s maximum reach are also quite good too.
For metal plant, placing a teleporter on the underside of the first platform’s glue and placing it on the glue of another platform can be quite good.
For iceberg, placing traps in the igloo along with a TP is a good way of sneakily dodging traps if you’re secret about it.
In general, you can glitch objects into the spawn point by clicking in the pixel gap between the wall and the spawn barrier.
