Main Endings
Leader of Wulin
“Following in the footsteps of the hero Nobody, you forged a new legend in the history of Wulin.
According to Xu Ziyi’s Wulinpedia, under your rule, Wulin was in harmony, and its sects were prosperous. The Wulin of the Chinese Central Plain entered another brilliant golden age.
To commemorate your achievement, a statue of you was built in Luoyang as a symbol of peace.
Together, with the statue of Nobody, your statue watched the eras pass by…
You were called the greatest Leader of Wulin in history.”
Master of Xiaoyao
“After the battle with the Cult of Tianlong, the Wulin of Central China was once again at peace.
After you took the position of Master, in order to carry on the martial traditions of Xiaoyao Valley, you trained your new students strictly, hoping for their skills and physiques to flourish.
Of course, in addition to providing guidance on martial arts, you also remembered to carry on Wuxia Zi’s diversified educational philosophy, and demonstrated other skills you inherited from him from time to time.”
Xiaoyao Great Xia
“Thenceforth, Gu Yuexuan committed himself to maintaining peace as the Leader of Wulin.
You wandered around performing chivalrous deeds and helping Gu Yuexuan resolve disputes around Jianghu.
Positive results of his involvements were all over the world.
Decades later, Jianghu thrived.
After the era of Nobody, Central China’s Wulin entered another brilliant golden age.
The legend of the great Xia of Xiaoyao spread in Jianghu.”
Time Traveler
“After going through the door in the Sanctuary, you became a time traveler.
At Xu Ziyi and Xu Ziqi’s invitation, the three of you traveled all over time and space, and the past as well as the present. What fun!
You witnessed the battle between Emperor Xuanyuan and Chiyou in Zhuolu, participated in the Crusades, and assisted the Tang Emperor Li Shimin to found his country. You traveled around Jianghu with the hero Nobody, and became acquainted with other contemporary legendary heroes.
You fell in love with the technologies of the modern society, and became fascinated with computer games. You were even present at the signing event of the famous game producer Xu Changlong, and shook hands with him.”
Overlord of Wulin
“After that, all sects who did not surrender to you were wiped out, and those who were willing to submit to you lived in fear under your reign.
With you as the overlord of Wulin, conflicts of the past faded away, leaving dread in their wake.
Your name was well-known around the lands, as words of unspeakable terror used by parents to frighten disobedient children…
Like the hero Nobody, you wrote an indelible legend of your own into the history of Wulin.”
Martial Kingdoms
“As the Overlord of Wulin, your ambitions did not end there.
Soon, your prestige shook the Imperial Court.
The emperor was worried about a potential political takeover by martial arts practitioners, and issued a ban on martial arts, in an attempt to wipe out all people in Jianghu.
You took advantage of the situation and made an alliance with Dongchang for a head-on confrontation with the Imperial Court.
After years of bloodshed, the rivers ran red and corpses were laid out in heaps in Central China’s Wulin.
You killed the emperor personally, and fabricated charges to execute Lord Chen who fought alongside you.
You wiped out all possible dissidents and took the throne. Although tyrannical and bloodthirsty, you were an effective emperor.
Those of later ages had mixed opinions of you, and it’s hard for the history books to assess your deeds.”
Marquis Anguo
“After the battle with the Cult of Tianlong, The people of Wulin and the Imperial Court reached a settlement. The emperor also regained his wisdom.
With the emperor’s every effort for good governance, Central China Plain thrived.
You gathered like-minded partners and headed to the western regions to assist Devarāja in building the utopia of his dreams, turning the originally poor and barren desert area into a merry and prosperous land.
Devarāja was called “Devarāja Cang” and you were called “Marquis Anguo” by those in later eras.
Central China’s Wulin subsequently elected Gu Yuexuan as the Leader of Wulin, and his rule proved a boon for Wulin.
Yet a century later, sectarianism relapsed among factions and conflicts raged;
Central China’s Wulin saw its end eventually.
This is consistent with your belief that if martial artists don’t put their martial arts to use to stop conflicts and to help others in the world, they would be no different than savages.”
Prime Minister of the Empire (Beggars’ Sect Route)
“Soon after Lord Chen was executed, Duke Cheng was executed by the emperor under the charge of treason and rebellion. Yan Yu also went missing.
You were recommended by General Qi and became an official, and in cooperation with other loyal officials, committed to reform the Imperial Court, in the hopes of putting an end to the political power struggle and not letting the tragedy of Prince Qin’s clan and Xiao Yao repeat…”
Prime Minister of the Empire (Dongchang Route)
“Thereafter, you assisted Duke Cheng in taking the imperial throne, while Yan Yu, uninterested in politics, went back to Qingcheng Sect, soon becoming the Master of Qingcheng Sect.
After a decade of revolution, you and your companions overthrew the Imperial Court and brought about a new era.
You then committed yourself to assist in political affairs and diplomacy, hoping to create a golden age greater than that of the Han and Tang dynasties…”
King of Treasures
“You declined to serve as an official in Imperial Court.
On Treasure Island, you got a large share of the treasure.
From then on, you never needed to worry about food and clothing and lived an idle life.
Hundreds of years later, a famous saying appeared in Jianghu:
“My fortune is yours for the taking, but you have to find it first! I left everything I own there.”
All of a sudden, many people went to sea hunting for the treasure.
Where the saying actually came from, remained to be verified.”
Cloud Boat Hero Couple
“Ji Wushuang and you bought a large boat in Hangzhou in accordance with the promise you made.
The Leader of Wulin was like a rolling stone from then on, wandering around mountains and seas.
Ji Wushuang removed her capricious and cruel mask of Yaksha and tried to live as herself.
But even so, her forceful personality remained unchanged, and you were willing to keep worshiping her like a queen.
Perhaps that personality was part of her true nature as well!
Years later, it was widely said in Jianghu that there was a skilled couple, consisting of a man dressed in green and a woman dressed in red, punishing evildoers and performing chivalrous deeds, never leaving their names.
The couple often traveled all over China on an ornate boat, which people called the “cloud boat.”
The story of the “Cloud Boat Hero Couple” became a lasting legend in Jianghu.”
Minor Endings
The World’s Wealthiest (gold above 500000)
“You became the wealthiest man in the world.
You were philanthropic and often helped poor people, and were seen as a great philanthropist.
Later, you hid the story of your life and a vast fortune in a secret place.
Hundreds of years later, a young man with no reputation found your treasure by accident, used it to found a game company, and wrote your story into a video game.
The game “Tale of Wuxia” was popular, promoting elements of Chinese culture and values, while being entertaining, instructive, and meaningful.
It became a legend in the Chinese game industry…”

Those of later eras regarded Finger-Guessing Quan invented by Nobody and your book of Heluo Canglong as the world’s two supreme secret arts…
Five hundred years later, in the era when science and technology have replaced Martial Knowledge, five young successors of China’s Martial Knowledge met on the top of the Huashan Mountain and competed for the title of the world’s no.1 and the legendary book of Heluo Canglong.
Of course, that is another story altogether…”

To honor your sect, you forged three famous swords and named them “Wuxia”, “Jing Ji” and “Yuexuan.”
These three famous swords became legendary weapons that later generations fought over.
Two hundred years later, in a contest held by the Imperial Palace, the prizes were the three superb swords you forged.
The contest involved single combat eliminations and was held during full moon.
People in Jianghu all called it “single combat for the three great swords under the full moon in the Forbidden City.”
This contest also became a story passed down through posterity.”

Fu Jianhan also received a new nickname of Fu Aotian.
Indeed, he seems more like a protagonist than you do!”
Life Saving Sisters (medical skill at 100; Shen Xiangyun and Shen Lan’s affection at 100; Devarāja route only)

Of the sisters, one used standard medicine to treat people, and the other used poison in treatments.
In order to save people, the cousins set aside their differences and worked together to leave behind a memorable story in medical history.”
Japan Ronin
“Although everyone forgave Jing Ji, and were willing to welcome him back to the righteous side of Wulin, he could not forgive himself for his betrayal of Wulin.
He left China in self-exile. In order to hone his mind, Jing Ji sought an ascetic life and wandered to Japan.
There, he initially lodged in local Buddhist temples, and carved thousands of figurines.
At first, he always ended up producing figures of asuras and demons, but was eventually able to craft many solemn figurines of Guanyin.
Afterwards, he helped poor mountainside farmers cultivate crops, during which he learned about rules of proper conduct. Thank the heavens!
Jing Ji changed completely.
He became a sage, proficient in martial arts, and was well known in Japan for his dual wielding combat style.
However, his swords were no longer the swords of murder, and became swords of salvation.
His brilliant battle with Ganryu Kojirō was told for ages to come.”

How truly commendable!”
Romance Endings
Qin Hongshang
“You married your beloved Qin Hongshang, and assisted her to become the Grand Master of Thunder Hall.
Under your combined efforts, Thunder Hall was finally revitalized and became one of the largest organizations in Jianghu.
Qin Hongshang was a tough heroine to the outside world, and a gentle, graceful, and obedient wife at home.
You were courteous to each other as a loving couple.
Under the wise leadership of Qin Hongshang, Thunder Hall even expanded to western lands, reminding people of the feats of Genghis Khan.”
Shen Xiangyun
“Shen Xiangyun and you became the traveling doctor couple envied by all.
Shen Xiangyun earned the title “Fairy Doctor of Wangyou Valley” and countless people came to her seeking treatment.
In your free times, you traveled to impoverished areas and treated the ill and injured for free.
The name “Benevolent Doctors” spread far and wide.
Hundreds of years later, the works of the “Benevolent Doctors” were recorded in textbooks around the world and had far-reaching impacts for generations to come, reminiscent of the works of Hua Tuo, Li Shizhen, and Madame Curie.”
Qi Li
“You married Qi Li and became the Master of Finger-guessing Clan.
In admiration for you, people from all over came to learn martial arts, and the business boomed.
Qi Li and her father didn’t need to make a living by performing on streets anymore.
Qi Li also realized her wish to become a housewife.
What you didn’t expect was that Qi Li became a strict mother after giving birth.
She not only prevented the child from practicing martial arts, but also spent large sums of money hiring prestigious tutors to raise the child into a great intellectual.
Qi Li’s famous saying goes: “Learning martial arts is useless. Only studying hard is promising in life!” Which befuddles you.”
Shi Yan
“You and your beloved Shi Yan opened an orphanage for homeless orphans, fulfilling her dream.
The kids called Shi Yan mom and you dad. You were a loving family.
Shi Yan was finally no longer a helpless little swallow. With your tender care, the little swallow finally had a loving home and a soul mate who cherished her.”
Ji Wen
“As agreed, you returned to Beastmaster’s Manor, married Ji Wen, and became the master of the Manor.
Under the new management of you and Ji Wen, Beastmaster’s Manor began to focus on caring for rather than hunting animals.
People in the Manor gradually gave up hunting and lived in harmony with animals.
Despite many difficulties encountered along the way, you and Ji Wen endured to see this through.
Later, based on the recommendation of the Xu brothers, You and Ji Wen founded the first zoo in the world, setting a trend for hundreds of years.”
Ren Qingxuan
“Ren Qingxuan and you traveled the world together.
Every time you arrived at a new place, you helped the local residents solve problems and gave them flower seeds as you left.
When people viewed the beautiful blossoming flowers, they thought of the great deeds of the bestowers of the seeds.
Ren Qingxuan and you also studied the cultivation of flower seeds, and produced many new varieties of flowers.
You were called the greatest “Gods of Flower” by botanists in later eras.”

The melodious music told of gentle affection.
Later on, the two of you performed the famous song “Smiling, Proud Wanderer” and composed many more outstanding songs.

Wang Rong
“Junior disciple sister and you grew very fond of each other, eventually marrying in a ceremony witnessed by your master and senior disciple brother, and then settling down in Xiaoyao Valley.
You developed new dishes every day, and the others were very happy to taste them.
The Valley was always filled with laughter.
Having grown up as an orphan, you finally experienced the warmth of a home after marriage.
You never forgot the first dish Rong cooked especially for you-you were so moved that tears blurred your vision.”
Lan Ting
“A blissful marriage.
A gold hairpin connected your fate to that of Lan Ting. You fell in love with this beautiful exotic girl.
For her, you were undaunted by the venom of the Miao lands.
You wanted to be with her, and spend every day together.
In a surprising display of leniency, Lan Ting forgave Huang Juan and convinced her to return to the Poisonous Dragon Clan to lead it.
Under Huang Juan’s wise leadership, Poisonous Dragon Clan became more prosperous by the day, while Lan Ting retired from a life in the public eye to accompany you.
You lived a happy life as a couple comparable to the immortals!”
Feng Chuixue
“Feng Chuixue and you wandered the world.
You went to her homeland, Japan, to seek her roots.
In Japan, you encountered challenges from many famous warriors, but you always used a inverse-edged sword, and stayed true to the Chinese doctrine of “stopping conflict with prowess” and “do not kill”, to educate the savage warriors using the lessons from the ancient Chinese culture.
You became a world-famous sword master and were as popular as Miyamoto Musashi.
Feng Chuixue also tried to be a good wife and supported you gently, having finally found a place to return to after wandering for a long time.”
Lady Killer of an Age (Harem Ending)

Your happy lives were passed down as a delightful story to posterity.”
Yaksha
“To assist Devarāja in founding a utopia, you couldn’t follow the original plan to travel around Jianghu with Ji Wushuang.
Despite slightly complaining about it, she was also curious about whether Devarāja’s ideal could be realized, and went to the barren desert of the western regions with you.
As the ideal nation gradually formed, Ji Wushuang felt overjoyed, and was glad to have followed you, reinforcing her determination to start a new life.
But even so, her forceful personality remained unchanged, and you were willingly to keep worshiping her like a queen.
Perhaps that personality was part of her true nature as well!
In the next decades, you, as Marquis Anguo of western regions, lived an affluent and reputable life.
With children born with Ji Wushuang, you and your family enjoyed your lives in the outer heaven built by humans.”
Harmonious Zithers
“Ever since you met Celestial Melody for the first time, you never had same feelings for any other woman.
Even the generational gap couldn’t stop your romantic pursuit.
Finally, your passion, along with some divine aid, melted her icy heart.
A spring breeze blew into Wangyou Valley and a smile finally appeared on Celestial Melody’s face.
Since then, both of your zithers produced harmonious sounds together, and the two of you never separated.”
Romance Endings (NPC)
Happy Lovers (finish the Devarāja route, not having romanced Wang Rong, with Jing Ji’s affection at 100)
“By the way, it is worth mentioning that our mischievous junior disciple sister somehow tamed that arrogant bully Ji…*ahem* made that rebellious second senior disciple brother obedient, and become a dependable family man around her.
He is even willing to do housework! Fire and brimstone coming down from the skies! Rivers and seas boiling! Forty years of darkness! Earthquakes, volcanoes! The dead rising from the grave! Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together…mass hysteria!
However, despite his formidable martial prowess, his cooking skills leave much to be desired.
Painful cries coming from the kitchen can often be heard.
It seems that when his target is not a person, our second senior disciple brother’s blade tends to miss.”
The Legend of Swordman Couple (Fu Jianhan’s affection at 100; Lose to the subordinates of the fake aunt)
“Surprisingly, Fu Jianhan accepted the con artist Zhao Ya’er’s love, and they became a great couple.
Zhao Ya’er became a gentle and lovely woman after she repented for her deeds, and showered affection on Fu Jianhan.
The two were deeply in love and never wanted to part from each other.
As his close friend, you sincerely felt happy for their happiness.”
Guan Wei and Qi Li (Qi Li’s affection at 50 or higher; state to Guan Wei that you are not interested in Qi Li romantically in the forest during a stroll event in the town)
“Guan Wei’s unrequited love had finally become requited.
In the confrontation against the Cult of Tianlong, Guan Wei and Qi Li supported each other, and Qi Li finally returned his feelings and married him.
Guan Wei succeeded the position of chief escort of Changhong Security Escorts, and also became the Master of the Finger-guessing Clan.
His fist techniques were not very good, but for the sake of Qi Li, he not only practiced hard in his spare time, but also recruited a lot of new disciples from various fields through his and Jianghu Security Escorts’ connections around Jianghu.
Although the authentic Finger-Guessing Quan invented by Nobody is difficult to attain, the new disciples helped to create a new version of the Finger-Guessing Quan.
The couple became grandmasters later in life. Their skilled security escorts and disciples enjoyed fame and popularity all over Jianghu.”
Beggar Endings
Beggar (Alliance Leader route)
“After being defeated by the Cult of Tianlong, you were seriously injured and went into a coma for several months.
When you woke up, you felt as if a whole age had passed by you.
Nagarāja had conquered Central China’s Wulin and became its overlord.
You lost all of your martial arts skills, and with your hand tendons and leg tendons broken, you were rendered useless.
To prevent resistance from the remnants of the other sects, Nagarāja launched a campaign to purge them.
People of the righteous sects led by Gu Yuexuan were either captured and imprisoned or killed ruthlessly.
Chaos reigns in Jianghu, and fear is widespread.
You managed to escape Nagarāja’s persecution with great difficulty, and ended up in destitution.
You were poor and helpless. Begging everywhere, you fought with cats and dogs over food, and appeased your hunger with wild herbs, living joylessly for the rest of your days.”
Beggar (Nagarāja route)
“After your ambition to conquer the sects of Central China and become the overlord of Wulin evaporated, your martial arts skills were nullified. You lingered on in a steadily worsening state and became a fugitive.

With the assistance of Gandharva and the others, you managed to keep your life and became a fugitive.
Neither the good nor evil welcomed you. Kinnara and Garuda died shortly afterwards.
Gandharva protected you with great effort in your escape, and along the way, the two of you gradually developed mutual feelings.
But misfortune never comes singly.
You were attacked, and Gandharva was poisoned to death by Xuanming Zi of Cult of Tianlong.
You should have died then as well, if not for Jing Ji’s assistance.
From then on you lived on the streets. Begging everywhere, you fought with cats and dogs over food, and appeased your hunger with wild herbs, living joylessly for the rest of your days.”
Beggar (Dongchang route)
“You assisted with Dongchang’s rebellion but failed, and were captured by the Beggars’ Sect.
You lost all of your martial arts skills, and with your hand tendons and leg tendons broken, you were rendered useless.
Xiao Yao was executed in a drawn-out fashion by the Beggars’ Sect.
The Beggars’ Sect also reported Duke Cheng’s intention of rebellion to the Imperial Court.
Furious, the emperor ordered elite military forces to wipe out the rebellion.
Lord Chen Chongying fled overseas, while Duke Cheng received a death penalty from the emperor.
Later, with the help of Gu Yuexuan and Jing Ji, you were rescued from The Beggars’ Sect.
After you recovered, you felt too ashamed to face your Master and senior brother disciples, and left Xiaoyao Valley quietly.
From then on you lived on the streets. Begging everywhere, you fought with cats and dogs over food, and appeased your hunger with wild herbs, living joylessly for the rest of your days.”
Beggar (Beggars’ Sect route)
“Dongchang’s rebellion succeeded.
Duke Cheng took the throne successfully, and placed the emperor in a lifelong house arrest.
Under the wise leadership of Duke Cheng, the country became stronger and stronger. People lived and worked in peace and contentment.
Central China was thriving.
Xiao Yao was promoted by Duke Cheng for his assistance and took on an important position in the Imperial Court.
Because of Xiao Yao’s pleas, Duke Cheng forgave you and the Beggars’ Sect, but you were placed under close supervision.
Ke Xianglong, Li Hao, and others in the Beggars’ Sect committed suicide out of their sense of loyalty to the country, while you ended up living on the streets. Begging everywhere, you fought with cats and dogs over food, and appeased your hunger with wild herbs, living joylessly for the rest of your days.”
Special Bad Endings
The Chicken Xia
“Entering Jianghu only briefly, you never imagined you would be defeated by a chicken.
You became the laughing stock of villagers and children. Your self-esteem was bruised, and your dream to follow in Nobody’s footsteps was shattered.
No matter how earnestly Gu Yuexuan tried to encourage and comfort you, the wounds in your heart could not be mended.
You bade farewell to Gu Yuexuan and returned home in despair.
You thought about trying other professions and starting a new life, but the shadow of losing to a chicken lingered, and eventually led to a mental breakdown.
You became crazy and disabled. Unkempt, you begged in the streets.
People of future generations chortled at your story, but deep in their hearts, they lamented it as well.
Who would have thought the consequences of losing to a chicken would be so severe?”
Beggar (Never Abandoning Ending)
“You discovered Tang Guannan’s evil deeds and tried to put a stop to them. However, you were not powerful enough to do so and were infected with a potent poison in the battle that ensued, almost dying on the spot.
Just as Tang Guannan was about to kill you, Tang Zhonghui rescued you in a desperate effort.
After a long struggle with death, under the care of Tang Zhonghui, you managed to keep your life, but lost all of your mental functions, becoming a mute cripple without the ability to care for yourself.
Afterwards, Tang Zhonghui brought you to wander all over, accompanying you and caring for you.
Rain falls upon your faces, obscuring your visions, and the uncertain road ahead…”
Beggar (Tomb Beggar Ending)
“In the intense battle in the ancient tomb, you were hit by Mahiraga’s palm technique and seriously injured, and was on the brink of death.
Threatening to end your life, Mahiraga ordered Yaksha to swallow the pill of A Hundred Body-eclipsing Snakes and to become obedient to him.
In order to save your life, Yaksha obeyed Mahiraga’s commands.
You survived, but all of your martial arts skills were nullified and you suffered from hemiplegia from then on.
A few months later, the Cult of Tianlong attacked the righteous sects of Wulin with overwhelming force.
The sects were unable to withstand the onslaught and submitted one by one.
Nagarāja conquered Central China’s Wulin and became its overlord.
The members of the alliance of righteous sects led by Gu Yuexuan were either arrested, imprisoned, or killed ruthlessly.
Jianghu was in a turbulent state, and fear is widespread.
You escaped the persecution of Nagarāja with great difficulty. Begging everywhere, you fought with cats and dogs over food, and appeased your hunger with wild herbs, living joylessly for the rest of your days.”
White Alien World
“Seriously wounded by Jiang Tianxiong in the Sanctuary, you saw the faint figures of two teenagers before you fell into a coma.
When you opened your eyes again, you found yourself in a white place, lying on some cloud-like soft thing.
Beyond the glaring sunlight, there seemed to be a rectangular sun…
Opening your eyes used up all of your strength and you fell into a coma once more.”
Ranger in Troubled Times
“With Jing Ji’s desperate effort, you escaped from the Cult of Tianlong.
Later, Devarāja reappeared in Wulin, formed an alliance with the righteous sects of Wulin and attacked Tian Du Peak in an intense battle with the Cult of Tianlong.
In the battle on Tian Du Peak, both sides suffered heavy casualties. Without a leader in Wulin, Jianghu entered one of its darkest and most chaotic periods.
You became a wandering hero in the chaotic world.
You performed righteous deeds and helped the weak and the poor, never forgetting what your master and senior disciple brothers taught you to carry on the spirit of chivalry into the future.
There were rumors in Jianghu that when brothers argued, a ragged traveler would usually appear to mediate and resolve the conflict.”
The Fire of Tian Du Peak
“The Imperial Court had a seemingly endless supply of troops, and the Imperial Army eventually captured Tian Du Peak.
The sects of Wulin suffered heavy casualties and many people went missing.
Seriously injured, Devarāja was captured and imprisoned by the emperor.
The emperor often tortured and interrogated him for secret martial knowledge, but it seemed he didn’t really care about the topic and just wanted to torture and abuse the iconic legend of Wulin.
You woke up in a sea of corpses and barely escaped.
Looking back at the fire on Tian Du Peak, your heart was filled with regret and despair…”
Update 1.0.2.7 Endings Part 1
Western Region Envoy
“You led the imperial reinforcements and arrived at Tian Du Peak in time to assist with the battle.
With the support of the powerful imperial artillery and troops, the righteous sects of Wulin managed to destroy the Cult of Tianlong. Nagarāja and the cultists were all killed amidst the chaos.
Gu Yuexuan and you looked for Jing Ji anxiously after the battle, but couldn’t find any traces of him.
Not until years later did you hear of a rumor of a nameless dual-wielding xia who concealed his identity and performed chivalrous deeds everywhere.
Li Hao later became the Grandmaster of the Beggars’ Sect, leading the organization into prosperity.
Because of the tragic deaths of Xiao Yao and Ke Xianglong, the sect began to rethink about the concept of loyalty to one’s nation.
Lord Chen atoned for his actions by assisting General Qi against the four Korean masters and gained control over both Dongchang and Xichang.
Duke Cheng went to the capital and relinquished his military power after he learned that the emperor’s sanity had been restored, and later served as a wise consultant to the emperor.
As a liaison between sovereign states to the west and China’s Imperial Court, you assisted the emperor alongside others, and brought centuries of prosperity to the common folk.”

Because of the tragic deaths of Xiao Yao and Ke Xianglong, the sect began to rethink about the concept of loyalty to one’s nation.

“You led Duke Cheng’s troops and arrived at Tian Du Peak in time to assist with the battle.
With the support of Duke Cheng’s powerful artillery and troops, the righteous sects of Wulin managed to destroy the Cult of Tianlong. Nagarāja and the cultists were all killed amidst the chaos.
Gu Yuexuan and you looked for Jing Ji anxiously after the battle, but couldn’t find any traces of him.

As the prime minister of the Imperial Cabinet, Xiao Yao assisted the new emperor alongside you, and brought centuries of prosperity to the common folk.”
Ideal Son-in-law
“You accepted the Imperial Court’s reward and traveled to Wei Ni’s homeland in the western regions with her.
You carried over a message of peace on behalf of the Imperial Court and had a special wedding hosted by the Khan.
With the sincere blessing of the western tribes, you let yourself be tied up willingly according to the tradition of the tribe, binding your life together with that of Wei Ni.
You heard the laughter and interceding of your master and senior brother disciple who came for the occasion from afar.
Wei Ni, the exotic girl who had sacrificed much for her people was right beside you.
You looked at her with a smile, and your hearts were overflowing with happiness.
After the marriage, you set out from Wei Ni’s tribe and traveled throughout the western states with her.
Not only did you re-establish communication and trade routes with the western states and bring stability and prosperity for the locals, your actions also led to the creation of countless tales and beautiful songs spread among the people of the western regions.”
Purple Clothes
“You insisted on fulfilling the agreement with Shen Lan and came to the western regions together with her, settling down to treat the local people for free.
Shen Lan used the poisonous blood in your body as a catalyst and developed various new types of medicine, saving many terminally ill patients.
To express their gratitude, the people of the western regions often brought you supplies and gifts.
Although not rich, you never worried about food and clothing. The two of you lived a pleasant life making medicine and treating the sick every day.
Because you both knew that the day of parting would come eventually, you cherished every moment together.
In the eyes of others, you were the most loving couple.
Ten years later, a young man of about thirty traveled the world as Dr. Strange.
His medical practice involved the use of poison. He was a highly proficient doctor, never charging the poor for his services.
Many people in Wulin wanted to befriend him, and because he was both handsome and talented, a lot of women were enamored with him, but he always declined their advances with a smile.
Beyond the east gate, there are pretty maidens aplenty.
Although beauties are bountiful, my thoughts do not dwell on them.
She, clothed in thin white silk and adorned with a garment of purple perilla, makes me joyous.
I go outside of the city walls, where flower-like girls gather.
Although the shapely are plentiful, none of them is my sweetheart.
My beloved, clothed in thin white silk and dressed in purple, truly makes me happy.”

Cool North Wind
“You betrayed Xuanming Zi, abandoned Central China’s Wulin, and fled to the Mongolian prairies to the north with Shen Lan.
You concealed your identities, avoided pursuit, and traded treatments for local herdsmen for essential supplies.
The two of you lived a pleasant life making medicine and treating the sick every day.
Years passed, and news came that both the Wulin factions of good and evil suffered heavy casualties.
Although you were worried about the safety of your master and senior brother disciples, you didn’t want to let Shen Lan down. Because you both knew that the day of parting would come eventually, you cherished every moment together.
In the eyes of others, you were the most loving couple.
Ten years later, Shen Lan passed away.
You stepped into Shen Lan’s shoes and was determined to carry on your late wife’s ideals.
You returned to Central China, and learned that Xiaoyao Valley no longer existed.
With sorrow, you treated people who suffered because of the conflicts with the Cult of Tianlong regardless of good or evil with medical applications of poison, attempting to atone for your inaction in the past, becoming a beacon of hope for people in those troubled times.”
Yellow Sand Purple Clothes (Beggars’ Sect and Dongchang Routes)
“Nobody knew that although you seemed to be concentrated on national affairs completely, there was an unforgettable regret hidden deeply in your heart.
Shen Lan disappeared.
Even though you searched for her through many channels and connections, you only discovered a rumor about a girl dressed in purple.
It seemed that this girl knew you would look for her everywhere, and never stayed in one place for too long.
Every time when you thought you were going to find her, her trail went cold.
Day after day and year after year, you never got a chance to meet the rumored girl in purple.
Not until a decade later, when the rumors eventually faded away, did you realize that fate won’t let you meet her ever again.
Even so, on July’s festival of love of every year, your mind always lingered on the thoughts of the girl in purple, in your arms and telling you of her ideals.”

As the Leader of Wulin, accompanied by beauties and admired by people, your life couldn’t be happier.
But no one knew that there was an unforgettable guilt hidden deeply in your heart.

Beggar (Beggars’ Sect Route: Early)
“In the battle on Treasure Island, the Beggars’ Sect was wiped out by Lord Xuanli. Ke Xianglong, Li Hao and the others were all killed.
You were captured by the Imperial Court, and all of your hand and leg tendons were destroyed.
Under the emperor’s sadistic directive, you were sent to beg on the streets of the capital, and to suffer mockery and abuse, as a warning to others.
Later, the Cult of Tianlong made an alliance with Imperial Court, and wiped out the righteous sects of Wulin on Tian Du Peak.
After eliminating the righteous sects, the Imperial Court betrayed and destroyed the Cult Tianlong.
Since then, the word “Sect” became a term of the past, and all martial knowledge in the world was in the possession of the Imperial Court.
The remaining martial artists either submitted or were executed.
You witnessed the tragic events, yet could only continue to beg in silence.
You fought with cats and dogs over food, and appeased your hunger with wild herbs, living joylessly for the rest of your days.”

Rebellion arose in the military and government branches everywhere, and Central China entered into a state of fragmentation with rivaling warlords.
The remaining martial artists either submitted or were executed. The country was in chaos.
You witnessed the tragic events, yet you could only suffer in silence.
You fought with cats and dogs over food, and appeased your hunger with wild herbs, living joylessly for the rest of your days.”

Lone Soul in the Desert
“You were seriously wounded by Xuanming Zi, and all of your martial arts prowess was nullified.
Under Jing Ji’s protection, you managed to escape.
However, the tragic deaths of Shen Lan and Yang Yun in the desert were terrible blows to you.
You were driven mad with regret and became insane.
In the following decades, you wandered aimlessly in the desert, and the tale of the “Lone Soul in the Desert” spread.
Caravans and travelers regarded you as a bad omen and avoided you, while some also say that the places where you appear are actually the safest…”
