Overview
Hello, in this guide i will teach you how to optimise your game to get better performances, give you some tips to help you to play better and also i will also show you the best classes in the game.I made this guide cause lot of people call me a cheater, so i wanted to help you guys to get better and to understand the game better <3
1 – Graphics Settings
Graphics settings are one the most important thing, your graphics settings are probabily not optimal if they are by default.
Setting your graphics to low will help you to have a smoother gameplay, see enemies better and have more FPS.
2 – Deeper Graphics Optimisation + Uncap FPS
If we want our game to be as smooth as possible, we need to uncap FPS.
For this we will use a little tool that allows us to :
-Uncap FPS.
-Have acces to more graphics settings.
-Change FOV.
This tool is Lindra MW3 FPS Unlocker.

To use the FPS unlocker, you need to run it as Administrator, your game doesn’t need to be closed.
Then you can set the same settings as me.
Here is examples of how your game looks in MAX settings and then in LOW settings + the FPS unlocker.

3 – Sound Optimisation
In MW3 there are ambiant sounds ingame such as music, birds, wind, etc.
To get rid of those sounds so you can focus more on players footsteps and gun sounds you will need to go in your MW3 game directory.
First go in your steam library and search for MW3, then do right click and click properties 
Then click on Local Files :
And finally click on the button to go to your MW3 directory :
Now that you are here you just have to do right click on “miles” folder and rename it to mile and press enter.
4 – HUD Optimisation
If you want to be more aware of what’s happening around you, you might want to make your radar bigger to get more precise informations on where your enemies and allies are.
Example :
To do this you just have to go in your MW3 directory and then go in “player2” folder :
Then open “config_mp.cfg” :
Now do CTRL + F and search for “compass” and press enter :
And finally search for the line “seta compassSize 1” and set it to 1.5 then save.
5 – Classes and Best weapons
Classes and Perks are the most important thing in MW3 that will impact your gameplay and how good you will be.
For me those are the most useful weapons and perks combinations.
Agressive AR and SMG classes :
ACR is the most powerful gun in the game and with the less recoil, with impact on it you can easily kill enemies throught walls.
– Scavenger : You will spawn with more ammo and will never need to worry about it
– Hardline : Is really important if you want to go for moabs or play aggresively and get the 2 perks you MUST have when using AR’s. (The second most important perk to have is Sitrep, cause it allows you to hear enemies from way further and also hear enemies using Dead silence.)
– Stalker : This perk is a must to have with assault rifles, it allows you to move faster while aiming so you will be a harder target to hit and will able to win most fights againts SMG players.
Specialist Killstreak : When you unlock Specialist Bonus after killing 7 or 8 enemies (depends if you are using hardline or not) you will get all perks in the game and also get all the weapons proficiencies at the same time, which are : speed, kick, range, focus, melee, stability and impact.
MP7 is the most powerful SMG in the game, it has low recoil too and using it with rapid fire and extended mag will make it really deadly.
– Marathon : Allows you to sprint on longer distances and climb obstacles faster, since you are running faster with smg its a good perk to have.
– Hardline : For the same reason as before we want to get 3 perks as fast as possible, Stalker isn’t really important with smg’s,so i prefer to use marksman as first specialist perk to spot enemies easily.
– Sitrep : Again this perk is the most important perk to have in the game, it allows you to hear enemies from way further and also hear enemies using dead silence.

Silencer is really important, if you don’t want to use a silencer, better not use assassin 🙂
