Getaway Island Complete Guide

Overview

This indie game is… unique, you can’t expect it to be a high quality game, but I don’t have high standards for this kind of games (not to mention that they are not my style) I bought it out of curiosity (and it was in sale), when I saw that there was no guide for this game I decided to make one, hoping to help old players or someone who wants to play it.

The first day

At the beginning you will meet the first girl, Junko.
A bit grumpy, cold and bossy, after giving her your name she will ask the first question
Because you are just getting up this girl yelling at you bothers him, giving him the option to respond.

Following this you will meet the second girl, Lili, someone cheerful, kind, cute, you could say she is the one who holds the group together, Junko will claim the fact that she has done nothing but hang around the beach. Then you will respond.

After chatting a bit with the girls, you will go with Lili to look for resources on the beach, finding seashells, followed by saying that these may have practical uses.

Continuing their search, they manage to find a beached boat, with a can of beans and bathing suits, so the girls proceed to put them on, Junko will then ask your opinion.

The character mentions that he was a member of the scouts, so he has basic survival skills, so he is given the task of creating a shelter, during that time he begins to think about the situation in which they find themselves.

When you finish you start to say that it was a bit exhausting work, hoping that the two girls will thank you for your effort, it is then that Junko arrives asking if you are talking to yourself.

Junko will ask about your past, but you are not yet confident enough to do so, so you can answer the following.

The second day

In the morning Junko will wake you up with a bang, giving you the order to look for something that can draw attention to the island, like an S.O.S. sign on the beach, then you will find Lili doing “skinny dipping”, you can not stay long because Junko starts to call you, so you continue with the work.

At the end of the S.O.S. signal on the beach, Junko will arrive saying that he expects you to be productive, so you can answer the following.

After answering Junko will call Lili, after she arrives they will talk, Junko will leave and you can be alone with Lili, asking her questions to get to know her a little better.

After talking to Lili, you will return to Junko, who will say that she has found a cave on the beach, and she will send you and Lili to investigate, so you can ask her…

Whatever the answer you give you will go with Lili to investigate the cave, discovering that it is completely empty, being this a quiet place.When you leave you can surprise Lili in three ways.

After having surprised her, you will tell her about the cave, so she will go inside, after that the character will go to the beach, finding Junko alone, so she will let you ask about her.

After learning a little more about Junko, Lili will arrive saying that she explored the cave and found nothing, casually also mentioning that they rescued the character, also discovering that Junko was a nurse for a while, then Junko leaves and Lili will ask you if you like the beach, answers are.

The third day

The next morning you find that Junko has not woken you up as usual, so you go to look for her on the beach, assuming she is doing something, then you find her sunbathing.
Lili then arrives and asks what you were doing, to which you can choose whether to lie or tell the truth.

After changing the subject you remember the fact that you don’t have to eat, then Lili accompanies you to fish, being that you actually start fishing while she is on the beach, but when you turn around you realize that Lili is not there, you go with Junko but she is not there either, that’s when you decide to look for her.
It is then that Junko and the protagonist start thinking about Lili’s whereabouts, the following being.

When you find her (in the jungle) Lili mentions that she wanted to look for something to eat in the jungle to try to help, it is then that you hear sounds in the bushes again, you tell the girls to leave, but before you leave you manage to spot something, or rather someone.

After having sighted a native of the island, you will inform the girls of what happened, Junko then asks you to describe her appearance as…

The fourth day

During the night you will hear that something made a noise, like boards hitting each other, you stay awake in case something is roaming around, the sound doesn’t come back so you decide to sleep again, even though you are tired.
Junko wakes you up in the usual way, emphasizing the fact that there is no food, it is then that you mention the sounds, Lili says she heard you talking about Junko’s melons while you were sleeping (I won’t go into details) it is then that Junko emphasizes the sound, asking what you heard.

After the conversation, you decide to go to the beach to go fishing again, unfortunately you can’t catch anything, but you can see a boat in the distance, it is then that you call the girls so that together they can draw the attention of the boat, unfortunately this one does not manages to see them and leaves

Junko feels annoyed by the fact that the ship left and there is no food, the protagonist tries to tell them that he will return soon or maybe another ship can see them, Junko does not believe him and leaves upset, leaving you two alone.
Then both decide to look for something to eat, while Lili goes to look for something the protagonist finally manages to catch a couple of small fish, you call Lili and she is impressed by you, showing that she also brought some small clams.
It is then that they go to the shelter, finding Junko, giving him good news.
So Junko takes the food to start cooking, then ​Lili and you go to the beach, where you can talk more about yourself.

The fifth day

When you wake up you find that the girls are not here, so you decide to look for them in the following three locations.

Upon finding Lili she will be playing on the beach, she will worry about the fact that she is losing weight, fat, especially in the area of her breasts, so she will proceed to check them.

As usually happens, naturally the protagonist receives the call of nature and decides to go to the jungle to attend to his needs, not to mention that in these four days he has not eaten much.

After finishing and because you are alone, the savage returns to make an appearance, the protagonist feels a little intimidated by what she can do to him, it is then that the protagonist will give her his name, she will smile and reveal that her name is Rin-Rin but due to the language barrier she cannot communicate very well and there are moments where she struggles to understand complicated words.
She tells you that she wants to take you somewhere, that’s when you can tell her …

After having talked with Junko they will go to the shelter, they will talk about Rin-Rin and the bananas, so Junko proposes to go with the Seaspears, but the protagonist says that Rin-Rin looks harmless, so Junko decides then they will be only for self-defense, she proposes a plan, Lili and Junko will go for the bananas while you distract Rin-Rin, but because it is already late they will do it tomorrow, thus ending the fifth day.

The sixth day

In the morning the plan begins, you call Rin-Rin and she will come, she will not remember your name so you will tell her again, in which you ask her to go to the waterfall and she takes you by the arm, Lili and Junko will have already arrived to try get bananas.
Meanwhile, you find yourself trying to buy time talking with Rin-Rin, it is then that she will ask you about them, thinking that they were your harem, wanting to know how she knows what a harem is, she will mention that she met people before, but that all of them went to the big house in the sky, understanding that they are dead or in the aftherlife, it is then that you decide to leave, promising that you will return to her soon.
When they return with the girls they mention that they had some difficulties, it is then that they hear sounds coming from the bushes, to which Rin-Rin comes out surprising Junko by squeezing her breasts.
Junko will scream and run away, Lili will look horrified, you will explain to Lili that she is not aggressive, she is friendly and that she was playing with her, Rin-Rin upon realizing what happened apologize, followed by Rin- Rin returns to the jungle, you and Lili will go in search of Junko, she will return to the refuge asking if he attacked us, it is then that the protagonist clarified saying that he was playing and that perhaps he found the situation funny, at this point the first impression of Rin-Rin disliked Junko a lot, on the other hand, the plan did not go as well as they expected, since they could only get two bananas because the seaspears broke, Lili promises to make Seaspears stronger, calling them Super super seaspears, but Junko she gets a bit annoyed by repeating the tedious process, it is then that Lili asks if she and Rin-Rin could be good friends, to which you can answer …

The seventh day

When you wake up you see Junko and Lili surprised and happy to discover a large pile of bananas next to the shelter, assuming that it was Rin-Rin who left them.
It is then that they will go to the waterfall to find and thank Rin-Rin, she will get scared at first when she see all of the girls in her waterfall but then you explain the intentions, she will admit left the bananas because she noticed that the three of them were hungry, Junko will try to talk to Rin-Rin but because she does not understand many words she will get confused.
Junko will ask her where the rest of her people are, repeating that they are all in the big house in the sky, so Junko and you conclude that it refers to the hereafter, assuming Junko that maybe they are religious, Lili will ask if Rin-Rin can be her friend, to which she will agree, she will also say that the bananas were a payment for the beans that she took days before.

After getting to know each other a bit and returning to the beach, Junko will admit that she still doesn’t trust Rin-Rin at all, that’s when Lili repeats something about a building she found (this is mentioned above, she only told you but the topic is not taken up again at this point), Lili will then direct us to this construction, which turns out to be an abandoned bar, so Junko suspects even more that Rin-Rin is plotting or hiding something, it is then that everyone starts to check something useful, unfortunately that is not the case, except for some bottles of alcohol.
It is then that they will retire and return to the beach, Junko will go to the cave to relax, then Lili proposes that the protagonist go for Rin-Rin while she remains to wait if Junko returns, to which you can respond.

Due to Junko’s annoying voice and the many questions she asks, Rin-Rin starts to get annoyed little by little, Rin-Rin says that it will be dark soon, so Lili says it would be a good idea for you to accompany her home, Rin Rin agrees saying that she will take care of you.
On the way Rin-Rin will show threat, because behind you is a snake (the protagonist does not like snakes) so she with a hidden spear will defend you from it.
The protagonist will close his eyes out of fear, Rin-Rin will tell you that it is no longer necessary, she could with the snake, she will also say that she has several things hidden in different places, explaining how she obtained the spear.
When you get to her waterfall, she will offer to stay with her, saying that she will take care of her all the time, to which you can say …

This is the decisive day, (not to mention that you can save and load the game again) Junko will wake you up hitting you, looking a bit agitated, she will tell you that Rin-Rin started a discussion with Lili again about you being her man, so they started arguing about who would choose between the two of them, when Junko takes you to the beach, Rin-Rin would highlight that you are her man.

Date with Junko

Junko is the most complex of the three, because it is the one that each decision has an effect on the dialogues. Junko when chosen will take you to the abandoned bar, telling you that they are not going to drink, it depends on how you have treated her she will say something different, for example, if you were good to her she will thank you for having been good to her even in difficult situations, otherwise, she will say that you weren’t so good to her, reminding you of the times you annoyed her but also remembering the few times you were good to her.
She will want to know your opinion of the other girls, starting with Rin-Rin, if you said that you would kiss Rin-Rin in the truth and dare she will start by asking you why then you chose her to go on a date, to which you can answer…
