There are 5 DLC packs on Origin store that are MultiPlayer only and completely free.
FREE DLC
Open The ORIGIN CLIENT AFTER INSTALLING THE GAME!
Go to Mass Effect 3.
Click Extra’s
Scroll down the list and download all FREE DLC ONLY!
ALL of these should be Mass effect 3 Multiplayer DLC.
Make sure it downloads.
Go to your steam Mass Effect 3 folder.

there should be 5 folders saying
DLC_CON_MP and the numbers 1-5
