Some sent me nice words. Some people also sent me questions, but I couldn’t answer them through the survey 🙁 But some people started to spam me. Getting started in Survival Mode – Tips & Tricks for new players

So many of you have asked me for more detailed advice for new players, that’s why I started working with CocoaCoCi. His guide is great if you are new to the game and mine if you want to learn something.

Introduction

I’m going to help you play this game by letting you know where to find items.

There will only be a few items here at the beginning, but (I hope with your help) there finally be all items.

Important
If you want to ask a question be sure to click “Observe Thread”
If you want to find something faster click Ctrl + F and type what are you looking for.
If you know the correct name of something, please write it because I don’t want to mislead you.

Cheat Engine?

If you want to get items with quantity for example 50 cotton game Cheats wont help you, but cheat engine will.

Warnings

If you did something that made the game stop working for you, or something like that, please write in the commentary what you did or if you want to be anonymous please send it to this poll [link] . You don’t even know how much it can help others. If nothing like this has happened and you know that something like this could have happened, write it too. If something like this has happened to you and you’ve managed to fix it, please write how you did it to help others.

Items

Gasoline, Fertilizer, Chemicals, Water, Crops, Seeds and many more can be found inside Loot Crates and Loot Boxes.

Glue Clam and Crude Oil can be found under the water.

Embers can be found inside the incinerated forest

Woc Steak and Woc Milk may be obtained from a cow. Milk after feeding Woc with a corn, and Steak after killing Woc.

Beeswax can be obtained from beehives.

Cotton can be harvested from Cotton Flower. Cotton is found in the Brown-Ish Areas, looks like bulbous white stuff on a plant.

Totebot Head can be dropped from Totebot.

Pigment Flowes can be obtained from Flowers.

Corn can be found everywhere. Just destroy Corn Plant.

Guns and Trader

To get Guns you need to find Trader. You need to look for the Mountains, Caves and Keep Out Signs.

To get Gun you will need Caged Farmer and Rare Crops.

To get Caged Farmer you need to find Scorched Forest, but I got info that you can find them in Forest. After you found Scorched Forest look for a hole in the ground. Get attach Farmer tou your car you need to use Wielding Tool.

haybots do not attack metal block 3, so you can make traps beefy walls ect.
that is how i got this little friend!

Cheats

Right click on Scrap Mechanic in the Steam Library, Select Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files -> Survival -> Scripts -> game -> SurvivalGame.lua

Open it with Notepad, but I suggest you use Notepad++
Go to 83 line “function SurvivalGame.client_onCreate( self )” and change

After you change it, you can use the commands. Just write them in game chat with /.
/shotgun
In some cases you can also choose the amount.

#2 Scrap wood can be taked from houses across the road (about 5-10 stacks of 256 blocks)

#4 Roof metall panels are cheap but not strong
#5 Burgers what you can made with cookbot full health thirst and hunger bars
#6 Waves of bots that come to break your harvest always come at night, and count of bots will increase with every wave
