This is guide to how you can access online multiplayer if you purchased an EA Play Membership through Steam.When trying to join online multiplayer via the in-game menu, you cannot gain access to this as the game asks you for a product key and you do not have one because you received this game by paying for a membership and not in specifically the game. This guide will show you how to gain access to online multiplayer.1. You will need to contact the Origin Support:https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ 2. Create a Case and request to speak to a EA Help Representative either via online chat or a phone call3. The representative will ask for screenshots of this information 1. screenshot of all steam transaction history dating as far back as the EA Play subscription 2. screenshot of confirmation of when you purchased the EA Play subscription 3. screenshot of the email of your EA Play subscriptionPlease note these screenshots are required by EA Help to include these specifications: 1. screenshots have to be full screen and from a computer (not a mobile device) 4. Upload the screenshots to your Case. You can do this by going to Origin and then logging into your EA account:When you’re logged into EA Help, click Accounts then My Cases.Click on the open case you want to attach your file to.Click Attach files…Find the file you want to attach and click Open.An orange loading bar will pop up underneath the “Attach files…” button. When it’s done, you’ll see a paperclip icon with the number of attachments you’ve added. You’ve successfully uploaded the screenshots. There is no “submit” button. 5.
