Overview

This is a walk-through guide for the map Sorority House. This map mod was created by Tyrant and is available in the workshop. Most people have little trouble completing this map. Some people (like me) need a little help. I watched FOBX3’s video on You-tube for a long time to help me. This guide will help you complete the map faster and a little easier.

The Beginning

All guides contain spoilers! Most people only turn to a guide after becoming so frustrated with a game they like that they are about to quit playing. This guide is for those people. I don’t like difficult and frustrating games so I used some of the mods to make it easier. What I like most about this game are the workshop outfits. Some are very cute and scantily dressed, those are my favorites. I also use the worm and impact mods so I don’t get killed by bots or run out of ammo.

Spawn room – pistol and ammo. Some inanimate Haydees have items, but some don’t.

Bedroom – save room. Now you should have 45 cartridges and a loaded pistol.

Dark Hall with 3 rooms. One of the rooms is the save room you just left.

Dark room. It has 3 items ammo, vest, and a screwdriver.

Bathroom. It has night vision, purple card, red card, and a button in a vent.

After leaving the bedroom/save room go down the hall to the 3rd door (bathroom). Be ready for a slasher charging at you. Next press the red button on the toilette, but be ready for another slasher. Pick up the save disc. The dangling Haydee leg has a night vision visor.

Next is the middle room, the dark room. Put on the night visor and be ready for a walker. Shoot the walker then straight forward, bend down turn left under the crate to the body armor vest. Turn around, back under the crate , straight to where the walker came from. First crouch and go under platform and turn right to get the ammo.
Turn around go out , straighten up , turn around again and climb up on the platform this time. Turn the corner and climb again. Forward and climb on the crate. Be ready for a slasher.
Next climb up on the lighted crate in the screenshot.

The screwdriver is on top of the far upper crate.

Back to the bathroom. Now we can go through the vent with the screwdriver and get the 1st purple card. The purple card door is by where we got the screwdriver in the upper floor of the dark room.

Back to the darkroom forward turn right climb the two platforms over the crate and to the purple door.

Go through the purple card door and press the disappearing red button, head into the vent, we will get the screwdriver later to open the next vent . Now we pass it and exit through vent door and drop to the hallway.
Back to the bathroom and be ready for a walker. The red card is on the shower floor.
Next we go to the red card door next to the bedroom/save room. Be ready for 2 walker, one waits just out of sight around the corner. The Haydee in the hall has a crowbar for us.
First the door on the left in the screenshot, the casting couch. These walkers are non aggressive.

Press the green button and the red button once each. The black button only spawns a slasher and is not needed. The Haydee on the couch has a screwdriver for us. Now we go to the other door in that hall, the dorm room . There is a slasher and 2 walkers. One walker is on a cat walk in the TV room. There are two Haydees playing with a remote. Fun, but we don’t need the remote so just leave it. Climb up on the bed they are on and jump up on the bunk beds top bunk.

Shimmy along the edge then climb to the cat walk. There is a crawl space in the dark. Either run/jump and grab the ledge of the crawl space or make a diagonal run/jump into the crawl space.

The yellow card is the reward for your acrobatics. You can turn, hang and drop safely from the crawl space. Then it’s back out to the hall and we can open the vent with the screwdriver.

This is the pool/sewer room with one haydee she has something for us. We can also pick off a robot on the upper floor through a crawl space opening. Next it’s into the pool and swim, w + shift to swim. We swim forward and then the second right. The first right shows us the peek through in the casting couch room, but we don’t use it. The second right has a platform to climb up on. Beware there is an antsy walker waiting to do you in.

The timing is scary the bot is right there, but you can’t grab your pistol until you have climbed out of the water. Still in a crouch position you can arm and shoot the bot. Then its up the stairs and through the door. Past the purple key card door, up to next door which has 2 slashers behind it.

Then on to the yellow key card door, yet another bot awaits you. This is the office. The office has a green card behind a screen that we will open later. It has a save point which you should use. There is a save disc conveniently there also. The reason we save here is because of what is behind the hot pink door, 5 bots.

Second Section


The good news is that they remain motionless until you move or shoot. Don’t forget to have your body armor active. The bad news is , if you have no mods to help you there are 3 slashers and 2 walkers which will take more to dispatch than one clip of bullets. Shoot the slashers fast and leave the room when you run out of ammo, reload and enter again. Probably you will need a medkit to heal before going back in. If you get killed it’s not too bad because you just saved and can go back and try again. If you fail repeatedly you might try a mod to help, the peace or worm, either will render bots harmless. In the screen shot on the right the pink key card lock can be seen, but there is no door? It unlocks a very hard to see screened crawl space that will have an all important crow bar. That’s later, for now collect 5 rounds of ammo from each haydee, we don’t need any more pistols, just leave those.
Next we go back to the office, then on to the well lit stairway, and down to the next door.
There are different types of ammo that you can collect along our path as well as medkits . I always have up to 3 medkits. If you are not using a bot mod you will want to pick up more ammo than I do. There will be more weapons along the way, but you must manage your inventory and occasionally stock or restock from a storage crate or you will run out of inventory space.

Now we are at the top of the stairs that lead to the pool/sewer. Go down the stairs then crouch down and walk onto the platform and then the water. The night visor will help you to see. Swim to your right then left , back to the one haydee pool.

Swim up to and climb up onto the pool platform/ floor, duck down and go through the vent tunnel back to the red card hallway. We have a screwdriver to use next. We will be heading back to the original dark 3-room hallway next.

Have night vision on with pistol reloaded and ready because something we did has spawned a slasher who waits just around the corner to the right. Be prepared.
Next into the middle room, the dark room remember the drill; forward, then right, up onto the first platform, then up onto the next platform, over the crate and go through the unlocked purple card door. That takes us back here remember.

Crouch down into the vent, open the locked vent screen with a screwdriver and press the red button. That is all we can do here so head back , but turn right to take the door that drops you back into the hall.

At the end of the dark hall is a grated doorway that we can now open with the crowbar. Be ready the room has two slashers. This is the 2nd bedroom (w/o bunk beds).

The screwdriver is hidden behind the 4th bed. Next turn to the dark side of the room and climb up onto the crate.

Climb onto the cat walk and go right to find the button and crawl space. Press the button and enter the crawl space.

This is the machine gun room. If you don’t have a bot mod you will want this, if you do it will only take up space in your limited inventory. There is also more pistol ammo on the cat walk before you go back down. The spot light shines on the part of the catwalk where the crate is for the decent.

There is the vent that we opened with the catwalk button. Duck down and get out your weapon to shoot the slasher before you leave the vent.

This is the famous “what’s for dinner” room where we can get the white card from one of the haydees. We head back to the dark hallway. Go to the end, into the red card section and all the way to the end where the white key card door is.

Third Section


This is the white key card door. Get ready for 1 slasher and 2 walkers. The slasher can be picked off before you enter the room, but the two walkers are around the corner. You are now in the dinning room. There is a crow bar in plain sight on a small platform.

Hop up onto the platform the crowbar was on. Run/jump over to the table with the screwdriver in the middle. Get the screwdriver and what ever you can use.

Next we can take the vent screen off with a screw driver. We will need the pliers to continue through the vent, we’ll get those later. Now we go through the door, the one on the right. Be ready for 2 slashers and a walker. This is the pool/sewer room with 4 haydees. First collect items you want from the pools edge. The haydee floating in the water has a medkit if you need it. The haydee suspended deep in the pool has nothing. There maybe a little ammo down there somewhere on the pool floor, but I don’t think it is worth looking for. Haydee can only hold her breath under water for 30 seconds, after that she gets damage, at 35 seconds she dies.
What we are looking for is an underwater passageway that is invisible from the water until you dive down. It is in the far opposite corner of the pool, the corner furthest from the entry door. I use night vision to help see. To swim and dive press w+ shift+right mouse button. After you find the tunnel go through, turn and go up by moving your mouse so that you are looking up, still pressing all w+shift+RMB. Remember only 30 seconds.

When you surface look for the platform, swim to it and climb up. Next run/jump to the platform on the left side wall.

Don’t inch forward, press the jump bar (space) at the same time as run (w+shift) and release immediately, it is easy to over jump and then you have to try again. Next turn and run/jump to the crawl space ledge and climb up.
The crawl space has a red card. We pick that up and turn hang from the ledge and drop into the water. Swim and dive down back through the under water tunnel that leads back to the 4 haydee pool room.

That pool room leads back to the dining room, that is where the 2nd red key card door is. Use the red key card, but be ready for an onslaught of bots, maybe 6 or so, but then more further along our way. If you have the smg this is a good time to use it. If you were done in by the last mob at the hot pink door you may want to save your game before going into the red door room. Which, when you get there alive, is the courtyard. First lets find the button hidden in the dark.

Duck down and search the perimeter starting to the left. eventually you will come to the button. You can pick off a couple of walkers by seeing them before they move towards you. Press the button and that opens a previously grated off dead end walkway. There will be another 3 or 4 down the dead end. If you go slowly you can get the drop on them and pick them off before they come at you.
There is still one more slasher lurking in the darkness at the end of the tunnel. Approach slowly and pick him off. He was guarding a set of pliers that we need for that locked vent we couldn’t open earlier. On our way back from the dead end there is a locked vent that opens with a screw driver.

That leads us to an orange card and a glimpse of the final room down below as we crawl around. Back to the courtyard and we exit through the same door we came in.

4th Section


Now we are back in the dining room and we can use the pliers on the locked vent.We crouch down and head into the vent, use the pliers and get ready for a room with 5 bots.

A little easier than it looks at first. Nobody moves until you shoot. Rise and hit the walker to your left. Next the slasher and second walker. If you haven’t moved the last two bots are still standing there and you can pick them off one by one. This is the “trophy room” although the map developer called it the private show ?

All that for a screwdriver. Now we head back the way we came through the white card door back out to the first red card hallway where the dorm room with bunk beds is.

The bunk room door on the left, and we enter the bunk room. Go past the bunks to the TV room where the orange card door is.

Open the orange card door and be ready for a couple more bots. This is the hot tub room.
Walk up the hot tub steps and climb into the hot tub, there is some ammo on the bottom. Then walk back to the steps and climb to the rim again. Be careful and inch your way over to the locker that has a key card on top. When you are about as close as you can get before walking off you will be in range and able to pick up the 2nd purple card.

Next we head back out to the red card hall, cross the hall, enter the vent, go into the 1 haydee pool room. Then into the water forward and take the second right, up onto the platform, duck, through the passage and onto the stairway that leads to the yellow card door but has a purple card door on the way. We open the door with the purple key card, but be ready for a slasher. This room has a chest with 2 mines. If you are clever with mines they may come in handy.

Next move to the slightly lit vent. It has a pink key card for us. Now we can see that we are back just above the one haydee pool room. It’s a short cut, so we inch out and drop into the pool. We can’t hang and drop, but landing in water lessons the impact.
Now we are back out into the red card hall. We are headed for the courtyard so we go through the white card door into the dining room and the second red card door into the courtyard. Go forward, turn to the left, climb up on the block the haydee is on.

Turn towards the wall that has an awning edge to jump to. Run/jump to catch the edge and climb up.

One more wall to climb up then we are on a cat walk. Carefully (especially on corners) follow the cat walk around to the back of the building where there is a locked vent.

Unlock the vent with the crowbar. Go in and press the button. That will lift the grate that hid the green card.

When you come out and head back stop after rounding the last dark corner. Turn to the wall and climb one more time. This is the top top roof and has two items.

First a screwdriver and then if we follow the catwalk, a blue key card.

Pick up the blue card then start back. We have to go down three levels each time crouching, hanging, and dropping.

Final Section


After going down one level walk back to the far corner where we came up from the bottom. Descend two levels and go out the the entrance door.

Go back to the dining room and then back to the 1st red card hall. We go through the vent again to the single haydee pool room. Into the water swim around the corner, get up on the platform and climb to the top of both stairways.

At the top of the stairs we go straight into the office. Next through the hot pink door again.

We hop up on the little platform and walk through the haydees to the back wall where there is a pink key card lock. Use the pink card and a crawl space opens to your right. walk off the platform and collect the crowbar in it. Then back into the office.

Behind the desk there is a green lit cubby hole that now has it’s screen removed. We can get the green card and some ammo. There is a vest, but we already have one. Now head out of the office back to the top of the stairs.

Turn right and enter the blue key card door room. Use the blue key card. Don’t worry, no bots this time.

Go straight in and climb the back wall. There is a button up there.

After pressing the button you can creep forward and pick off a walker standing in the doorway that had a grate covering it (before we pressed the button).Then turn around and hang and drop to the blue card door room . Then back down the stairs, through the door, down the other stairs, duck down and go onto the platform, back into the water, swim around the corner, through the one haydee pool room. We are headed for the dining room.

We enter the red card door in the dining room which takes us back to the courtyard. As we approach the final room a bot can be picked off in the left doorway.

Approach the grated window to see who is inside, 2 bots looks like one of each. Next the green card.
Then the crowbar, then the screwdriver. After all it is the last room. Don’t forget the bots inside.

As far as I know only the yellow button does anything. When you press it the lights go out and the game quits to a black screen. Hit escape to see the credits for the original Haydee game.
