this will give you some easy and simple steps to follow

If your a beginner at muck this might help you
first: what you wanna do is play on peaceful mode to get accustomed to the game and its basic enemies, unless your EPIC gamer man then you want to play easy (the next step is gonna be in easy anyway)
then once your accustomed to the game a bit more you want to follow these simple rules
[1] Get iron armor and tools as quick as possible
[2] Open lots of chest and fight lots of challenge thingies
[3] Circle your enemies most enemies wont be able to hit you as easily if you do this
[4] And lastly the only thing they fear is you rip and tear until its done
