Overview
This guide will tell you how to actually fix Battlefield 3. This is what fixed it for me and it was very easy.
Step 1
Open File Manager (Windows Key + E)
Step 2
Locate to the following path
C:ProgramDataElectronic ArtsEA ServicesLicense
Step 3
Delete EVERYTHING in the folder, don’t worry it will create new ones when you launch the game.
Step 4
Launch the game from Steam and have fun!
