You wanna know hidden secrets about how to be an all mighty Toxic player ? This shiny guide is definitely for you.
1 – Before starting a match :
Get da high Ping !
Before even playing, be sure to have a very bad ping, It’s very important to get a really schitty ping ! The ping must be high enought to make you teleport on the ennemies screen. Making you unpredicatble ! A real pain! (If you are brazilian or asiat, it’s ok, don’t need to download. You already got a schitty ping you lucky bursterd :p) I suggest 400ms at least. To get a higher ping here is some tips you might already know :
–> start downloading things (music, film …)
–> open few youtube pages with long videos
–> go in Wi-Fi mode and don’t get close to your box
–> go in the game menu, go in the option, and select worldwide region. (it has no real effects, “same region only” does not even work anyway)
–> on steam change your region for a far away region
Choose your name wisely !
You are about to be Toxic, maybe chosing an appropriate name would be great ! It could be an offense, something funny according to your character, or simply a compliment to yourself for being such a smartass ! You can also have a really BIG name, like a name that takes all the screen ! Just change your name for WWW and add as many W as you can 😉 The possibilities are endless ! Show that you are a real progamer that cannot be reasonned with !
2 – During character selection screen and loading screen :
Choose an OP naut !
Ronimo really helps players to get toxic. They work hard to get at least 2 or 3 OP nauts every patch. So everyone in the ennemy team will just say that your character is OP, and you will be able to accuse their lack of skills being the true reason of your success. It’s effective ! You can see who is said to be OP on the forum for every new patch on the “Balance” section, take a look at every patch to see the news. At the moment, Penny, Ted, Coco or Froggy are a good choice ! But you can also choose a cheesy naut.
Choose a Cheesy naut !
Some nauts are just better than others to exploit “lag skills”. Range nauts are huge pain because it makes raellyn’s laser undodgeable, or it can simply makes coco lightning balls invisible ! PURE GOLD. Leon can almost kill someone in the back before the target can realise a leon is here. If you know better naut to exploit lag, don’t wait and profit !
Be premade… or not !
Playing with friends can be fun, and being a toxic team is even more fun. People just hate playing against premade. It makes your actions more coordinate improving your probability of winning. But, the pleasure is great when you can troll the ennemy team AND your own team ! We will see that in game.
You have selected your naut ? Good. Now FORCESTART !
As I said Ronimo really try to help toxic players as much as possible. Be premade and when the timer let you press start to begin, just press it ! You are not playing at waiting anyway ! Beginning a match 3 versus 1 feels very good ! And don’t forget to tell that you did it in the chat ! This should drive some people mad 😛 Don’t waste this lack of opponent, and try to take the most outrageous advantage of your superiority ! (Like beginning 3V0 and destroying a turret in the very first minute on the second picture !)
3 – Ingame Toxicity powa !
Taunt and Chat spamming :
At the very first beginning of the match, you need to taunt. And taunt as much as you can, just spam that “1” key like your life could depend on it !! It should be effective around 3 or 4 taunts. Opponents may mute you, well that’s the game… But most of them don’t even know it’s possible ! So take pleasure to taunt a lot and look at their reactions ! But to prevent mute, begin a trash talk ! Compliment the blatent lack of skills of your opponents, or the things you have done with his mother. This drives most people mad, and make them want to respond, preventing mute ! Being in premade can make it even more spammy and trashy ! 😀
If you are playing in Soloq, and things are going fishy : BE USELESS
That’s right ! Your team is loosing ? Accuse them ! But don’t forget to offense the ennemy team too. This kind of trash talking will make your uselessness more effective ! Being inactive isn’t possible anymore because of auto-kick. Just steal all the creep and suicide yourself on the ennemy, on turrets, or solar bosses ! It should be quickly providential ! Reaction can get golden.
If you are playing premade and clearly winning : Abuse !
You are roflstomping the ennemy ? Great ! But don’t destroy the ennemy base too quickly. Be sure to kick their bottom as much and as long as you can ! My favorite combo is riiiiight here on this picture. (Doesn’t work if there is a Froggy G, or a Lonestar in the ennemy team) Also for both soloQ and premade, if an ennemy is reconnecting, make sure to kill him and taunt afterwards ! Blame his own ping !
Da final chat ! :
Just before the ennemy base explodes, press your final taunt ! And summarize in the chat the noobiness of your ennemy and your godlike being ! This is your final moment of glory, there is no much time for the final chat, so be fast ! There is fews techniques :
You are roflstomping ? –> Be nice and ask for a rematch ! (Gotta love to roflstomp again)
You have clearly lost? –> Blame everything but not you ! Ask for a rematch but do not rematch !
The match was very close ? –> Complain about how easy it was, and how boring this lack of challenge have been for you !
Alternative ending : leave the game before the end !
This game makes you gain ranks if you get victorious. The higher the rank, the higher are the probabilities to play against skilled players. A good way to keep roflstomping noobz is to always leave a match before you win it ! Every loss mean no rank up ! Enjoy your easy win and the feeling to be a god ! You may leave a words or two before leaving, like : “My people need me” “Job done” !
