Main part of catching a fish/Froggy
You start fishing by holding the action button and select the area by moving Arrow Key or Analog stick, which direction you want to fish. (underwater of course).
Then release the action button to start fishing.
NOTE: Be sure you are close to the edge and that you throw it in the center of water. Don’t go fishing when you are away from the edge, then you’ll less likely catch a fish or Froggy.
And be sure the fishes/Froggy are not stuck at the wall.
After the bait is deep in the water try to look around by moving camera.
To move the bait is to hold left or right. Left is the right. Right is the left.
Right before you’re about to lure a fish/Froggy into the bait, HOLD the DOWN button (arrow key or analog stick) immediately.
When a fish/Froggy holds on to the bait you press the Action or Jump button to pull.
Some fishes are hard to catch because there is a thin line when it comes to meter. If you pull too hard the string can break, and you lose the game. So you have to have to be very careful and stop pulling until the meter drops just enough for you to go back at pulling. Unfortunately by then the fish/Froggy could be on the other side of the pool/too distant from you and it’ll take you much longer to catch it.
And there you have it. Either a fish or Froggy.
