Overview
This guide aims to describe the steps for changing language in the game in a way even a child could do it.
Open regedit
First you need to open regedit. Just go the Windows search bar, type “regedit” and open it.
Go to registry directory
Now you need to go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeWarner Bros. Interactive EntertainmentLEGOBatman2
If the directory doesn’t exist you will need to create it. Right click and pick ‘New Key’ if you want to create a new sub-folder. If the direction exist but without the dot after ‘Bros’ you will need to create one with the dot.
Change or create Language value
Once you go to the directory look for the value named languageval, if you don’t find it create one. The way you create it is right clicking, picking ‘DWORD (32 bit) value’ and naming it to languageval.
Change de value to your prefered language
Once you have languageval just double click it and make sure it is as hexadecimal. Then just write the hexadecimal value for the language you prefer, and close it.
Below you can find the hexadecimal values:
English: 199
Danish: 406
French: 40c
Italian: 410
German: 407
Spanish: 40a
Now just open your game and play it in your preferred language.
