Step 1 choose russia as your civilization and start in the information era and don’t forget to set it to a 2 turns limit.Step 2 settle a city and construct a lavra. you just skip turns with all other units.Step 3 when the lavra is constructed you should get 4 era score .step 4 skip with all your other units and you should win.
