Chapter 2: High Overseer Campbell
1. Find the guard near captured Overseer Martin
2. Alert the guard
3. Wait for him to throw his grenade as he notices you
4. When his grenade is on the ground, quickly pick it up and throw it back to him
5. You got the achievement!
