This will tell you an indepth how to beat the EVIL! Baron de Raymando.
Starting off
You start off by joining the Dutch, this is VERY important.
start your campaign sailing your ship to St. Martin, Talk to the governor & …dance with… their rather plain daughter, This should make the EVIL! Baron de Raymando realize you’re a player and he will bolster his forces.
Next you must lose a battle to a Dutch ship, make sure you do so off the coast of St. Martin; When you lose you will end up in Prison.
You want to
find your way to the governors palace, he will be so pleased that you escaped from prison just to …dance with… his daughter that he will make you Baron on the spot.
You are now allied with the Dutch, this is good since they’re rich as hell.
To exploit the riches of the west indies, you want to buy goods at a low price; (this is easy since the Dutch are poor as hell)
then go to a developed city (like Havana) & sell them for a profit.
The trade system is far too hard to cover in this guide, so just figure it out.
Just know that when you’re rich, the EVIL! Baron de Raymando will fear you more.
Finding the EVIL! Baron de Raymando
Once you’ve built up your wealth, raided Tortuga, & have a THREE stringed fiddle you want to set out; sail from St. Martin west 4 degrees in latitude, & 19 degrees in longitude.
Once you reach Havana you will find the EVIL! Baron de Raymando with the governors rather plain daughter.
IMPORTANT! Make sure you have at least 0 months of food left and more than 5 crew members before proceeding.
Murdering the EVIL! Baron de Raymando
Now that you have the EVIL! Baron de Raymando cornered, you will engage in combat.
Make sure to charge right into the starboard side, going straight into his line of fire makes you seem strong and masculine!
Once Incognito and their crew board the ship you will want to climb up the sail, once you’re on top look to the left and right (game should automatically do this for you) From here there will be a cut scene of you jumping down, this is when the fight begins.
now fighting the EVIL! Baron de Raymando is different than most battles, you are going to want to grab the cutlass and use the Taunt ability 3 times to lower his self esteem and confidence.
From here you will use the defensive maneuvers while using charismatic charm to make the EVIL! Baron de Raymando fall in love with you.
You should be transported into the dance mini-game where you and the EVIL! Baron de Raymando will dance while your crew fight.
Once you have kissed him you will want to break his heart (literally) stab it with the fast attack with the sword (num-4) taunt him 3 more times and use the slow attack from now on (num-1)
At this point he will die and you will sail off with his Godlike ship into the sunset & promptly remember that you forgot to ask where your sister is, he’ll give you 1/4 of the map do this 16 more times for your whole family and beat the game!
