Overview
This guide will teach you how to eradicate the Adoring Fan from the entirety of The Elders Scrolls itself, past, present and future. He will so eradicated, that not even Hermaeus Mora would even remember him. There are 2 ways of doing this.
Step 1

Start a new character (preferably choosing a race that hates the Wood Elves in Elder Scrolls lore), get through the Tutorial and choose whatever class you want to be. All classes have the power to destroy him.
Step 2

Head to Dorian’s house and get Dorian to have a bad disposition by attacking him with a paralysis spell, or use a potion on a certain weapon, then bribe him with gold. Repeat the process as many times as desired then paralyse him and take the amount of money in his loot an infinite amount of times. This means you can buy the best gear possible from vendors.

Demolish enemies in the arena until you get to the Champion, kill them and claim the title of the new Champion of the Arena!

Now, there are 2 ways of obliterating the Adoring Fan:
Way 1 is longer but much more rewarding with the good chemicals the brain releases. Just make him follow you and get to the point where you can enter an oblivion gate, enter it and make him wait there and then close the gate.
Way 2 is shorter but less of a reward. The second you see him, open up console (it should automatically be bound to the tilda key just below Esc) and type in disable in the console and enter.

Thus, the evil is defeated and Tamriel is saved from the 15th Daedric prince, Adoring Fan.
