spawn with a pistol, immediatly press G (I think thats default) and drop the pistol and all other weapons until you are left with a knife.
***IF POSSIBLE*** drop the Knife.

Hardest step of all
Step 8. Death.
Follow your team’s squad around the map, all the way to the enemy base
find an opponent
make sure you are alone, meaning no people of your team, you ARE allowed to have multiple enemies
sprint. AS FAST AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN, at the enemy
you will be shot. and killed. if you survive the running stab the enemy with a knife
if you kill the enemy with a knife you are a Pro

don’t swing the knife, just stand still if you get close enough. let him shoot you. if you die you are Pro.
If you die by Headshot, you are even better then a pro.
