You need to go to your Civ 5 files,if you don’t know how to then simply: Right click Sid Meier’s Civilization V in your steam library > properties > local files > browse local files,and there you have it.Now all you need to do is look for Config.ini,once you’ve done that open it and look for ; Set to 1 to activate the debug panelDebugPanel = 0.To deactivate it simply change the “0” to a “1” (without the “).While in game hit the “~” key and select “Reveal All”.And that’s about it hope it helped.
