First You wanna go to the library and hit settings in portal reloaded

The Settings icon From there In General Go type in ” –console ” Without quote’s
It should Look like this:

Then Launch The game Then it will open up with the console

With commands there is the normal commands!

Mess around! And Noclip till’ Your hearts content!
