From what I’ve seen your house will slowly be covered in more and more plants – with every spirit that you let go of (that means taking them to the everdoor).
After doing it 8 times a butterfly on top of your house will appear when it’s night time. You can interact with it and summon Lily.
*Keep in mind that Bruce&Mickey count as one spirit
If she is not there
If you coudn’t find her after realising 8 spirits – try discovering greymist peak (you need maximum ship upgrades, to go through the fog) then it should work for sure
