After you obtain your other arm return to the cosmic hub and do not kill anything
Then go to the door to the woods near the top left and enter
After that go talk to the forest guardian and basically tell it no and return to the cosmic hub
If you see one of the lost souls fade in questioning what you are doing that’s a good sign
Then when you get to the hub you should see a heavenly looking door of which you’ll find a pissed off version of the frog from the tutorial.
