Well its easy.1.go to your game Library 2.Fallout : New Vegas (Mouse right click)3.then “Properties” click4.Copy FalloutNV.exe & FalloutNVLauncher.exe to your Desktop5.Copy your copied applications back to the fallout folder.6.Let it replace them.That’s all folks(I guess its in every game the same way to fix this error)
