Overview
This guide is to help you with some of the problems with BF4 (Like being kicked by Punkbuster or extremely high ping ~999 and getting kicked because of it.
How to not get kicked by Punkbuster Anti Cheat
1. Right click Battlefield 4 and click properties
2. Navigate to Local Files and click Browse Local Files or navigate to
C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonBattlefield 4
(I was on C drive, it may be different for you if you have multiple hard drives)
3. Scroll down the Battlefield 4 folder until you see pbsvc and click it
4. Reinstall Punkbuster
5. Enjoy the game!
If this doesn’t work, or the pbsvc program isn’t in the folder, go to this website
[link]and click the download for your operating system, and install Punkbuster from that download.
How to get rid of the extremely high ping (Windows 10 only)
1. Right click the OneDrive icon at the bottom right of the taskbar.
2. Quit OneDrive
3. Enjoy not getting kicked!
