How to fix
I’m going to assume you are not an idiot and already tried the basic stuff
1. Verify game files
2. Reinstall game
3. Update wheel drivers
4. Verify wheel is working with other games
If you are having an issue with city car driver not detecting your wheel GO INTO BIG PICTURE MODE AND UNCHECK ALL THE BOXES
Big picture mode can create an issue with detecting a steering wheel.
If that doesn’t fix your issue I don’t know what will.
