How to generate random maps?/Jak generować losowe mapy?

Overview

PL/ENGWell if you want to play a random map in a HD editon you need:-Map Editor from Shadow of DeadAnd thats all.

First of all you need map editor from Heroes 3 The Shadow of Dea, or thanks to bmmshayan you can have 1000 random maps

Creating the map

When you got editor open it and create map. (White Paper Symbol)
When you done it a window shows up

You want to mark Version as The Restoration of Erathia if you want to play on HD edition.
Size and Amount of Players can be chosen here not in game !
Then if you finished your settings Click OK and your Random Map Shows up.
Now you save the map if you want totaly random town, or change the town for your color. (Mostly its Red)

Changing starting town

If your favourite town isnt on red you can change color to play your favourite city by clicking
the flag on left side when chosing hero.

If your type town isn’t on map you can change starting town by deleting the old one and replacing with new one or Create new one :).
First of all find the Red Town. Then find in bookmark Player and select first player or press Ctrl + 1.

Then click town icon.
Right click the town and delete it. Place new type of city in place old one

You probably should change the creature dwellings to same type and level. 🙂 You do it same way as town. Its 3 minutes but i think for new cool random map is worth it 😉

Saving your Map

Open your location of Steam and go to datamaps (PL,ENG etc.)
SteamsteamappscommonHeroes of Might & Magic III – HD EditiondatamapsPL
And save it here in game it will be named Random Map in scenario List

Tworzenie mapy

Jeżeli już masz edytor otworz go i utwórz nową mape (Biała kartka)
Kiedy już to zrobiłeś pojawi ci się okienko

Zaznacz wersje The Restoration of Erathia jeśli chcesz grać na HD edition.
Rozmiar mapy i ilość graczy bądź komputerów wybieramy tutaj !
Kiedy już skończyłeś ustawienia kliknij OK i twoja losowa mapa się pojawi
Teraz możesz zapisać mape z losowym miastem albo zmienić miasto dla twojego/twoich kolorów. (Najczęściej będziesz zmieniał czerwony)

Zmiana startowego miasta

Jeśli twoje ulubione miasto nie jest czerwone możesz zmienić swój kolor żeby zagrać swoim ulubionym miastem przez kliknięcie flag z lewej strony przy wyborze bohatera.

Jeżeli twoje ulubione miasto nie jest na mapie możesz zrobić nową mape albo usunąć początkowe miasto zmieniając je na swoje ulubione.
Najpierw ustaw Czerwonego gracza wciskając Ctrl + 1 lub w zakładce gracz.
Wybierz ikonke miasta.
Prawy przycisk na stare czerwone miasto i usuń. W jego miejscu postaw nowy typ miasta

Powinieneś przy tej metodzie również zmienić siedliska stworów na nowy typ. Chyba nie chcesz mieć szkieletów w armi grając zamkiem. 🙂 Robisz to tak samo jak z miaste. Zajmie ci to ok. 3 min ale będzie warto 😉

Zapis Mapy

Otwórz lokacje Steama potem idz daną scieżką
SteamsteamappscommonHeroes of Might & Magic III – HD EditiondatamapsPL
Zapisz tam gre a mapa wyświetli ci się jako Random Map w liscie scenariuszy 🙂
