Eli scrapyard
The achievement is earned in this location. Eli’s scrapyard is in the chapter 5 black mesa east
He’s at the top of a secret up area
When you first go to Eli’s scrapyard there is a thing up the top some ledge thingy some secret place there is where you get the achievement for the HEV suit charger. When Alyx gives you the gravity gun you will need to climb up there (You can use barrels or boxes if its too hard to climb all by yourself) then you can use the gravity gun to grab the HEV suit charger and you should have achievement now
