How to get gangs fast

Overview

So you want to get gangs fast well follow this guide and you have a prison full of them

How to do the trick

Firstly i want to say this is my first guide so if you see any rookie mistake please point it out thanks. So you want gangs in your prison? well i have a trick for you

You will need to start by making sure you have gangs turn on at the start of new prison to do this tick the box next to gangs
Now wait for a gang member to turn up this can be from any of the three groups,
then press Esc to open the menu and click on open save folder
from there click on saves then find the name of the prison double click on the text file/PRISON file NOT THE PNG
Open in notepad and Ctrl f then seach for soldier
and change it to Leader

There you have a leader. Leaders will turn non gang members into gang member this is faster and easier than taking in more prisoners. Also the leader converts about 2-5 prisoners a day depending on the situation. A leader can make members take gang territory

Extra tricks

If you look closer to the text file it says Gang.Recruitment speed
i tried changing it but i dont think it does much to the leader. Also you can try and change prisoners into gang member by copying the text
Gang.Id 3
Gang.Rank Soldier
Gang.Recruitment 1.000000e+034
and adding it to non gang members, it does work some times
