How to get Gobi Campaign Sniper (best sniper in the game)

Overview

This sniper is one of the best weapons in the game.

Location

The location of this sniper is here at sniper nest, east of cottonwood cove

Requirements

You will need a lockpick of 100 first to get it.

The sniper

This beast of a gun does extra critical damage and bonus critical chance which means you will probably one-two shot everything besides deathclaws(of course)
