In this guide, we will be exploring how to get mods in Beam.NG Drive.
Getting To the Mod Downloader (Repository)
First, you want to launch Beam.NG. Then click on repository in the main menu. There will be 3 tabs. One says Mod Manager, where you can delete or deactivate your mods. The next tab is repository, which will have more mods, it has maps, cars, and more. The next tab will be Automation, where it has all cars. If you cannot find your mod in repository, try searching in Automation too. if you did not know, automation is an amazing game where you can make a car and choose almost anything. You can upload your car that you made in Automation to Beam.NG, hence the tab “Automation”.
Some Great Mods You Should Try…
The first mod, and my favorite, is the Aegis II mod. It is a great car with an OP downforce fan, exceptional handling, and a 300mph top speed.
The next mod, which all veteran Beam.NG players have heard of, is the V10 Destroyer, it is simply THE FASTEST CAR IN THE GAME. With a Mach 9 top speed, it blows any other car out of the water.
Another mod is the FR17 and the FR16. These are the Beam.NG equivalent of a Formula 1 car. Amazing handling, great top speed, and fun to drive.
Now, on to some downloadable maps…
The first map, which is really popular, is Death Fall. This map has all sorts of things to fall down and kill your car.
The last map which I am sharing with you, which is even more popular, is Car Jump Arena. All I can say about this one is check out everything. Especially the big ramp, which is why the whole entire map is popular.
