Overview
Yello Duke fans! This Is an guide on how to get rid of that nasty corrupted save that’s not letting you save or load saves!
The Guide!
Step 1: Go to where you usually exit Steam and click on “Settings”
Step 2: Steam Cloud will back-up the saves and It will keep on adding them to the folder “gameroot”. So you have to disable Steam Cloud by clicking on “Cloud”. Then uncheck the one that says “Enable Steam Cloud to synchornization for applucations that support It”.
Step 3: Alright! Go to “computer” where the folder “Steam” Is located. Then go Into that folder and click on “SteamApps”. Then go Into the folder “common”, It has all the games you Installed. In the folder you’ll see the folder for Duke3D, go Into that folder.
Step 4: You’ll see the folder “gameroot” where all the Important files for the game are there, you’ll see the saves, (be careful when trying to delete the corrupted file!). Delete that corrupted save file and start playin’ some Duke Nukem 3D!
I hope this guide helped!
