Overview

Bladder & Bowels
Bladder & Bowels are very similar. To increase the need, you give them more times WITHOUT a toilet. To decrease it you need to either give more time in Lockup or Freetime. Also you can create more toilets around your prison. Read on if you want to learn about Sleep!
Sleep
So now your Prisoners want Sleep? Well this is a really simple problem. First, maybe your cells are not complete with beds and prisoners can’t Sleep. In that case you just need to add beds. Also, maybe you need to add more Sleep Time to your Regime. Read on to learn about Food!
Food
So you want to decrease Food now? Ok! First, maybe you need more Canteens or Kitchens.
Also, it might be because your Cooker and/or Frigde and/or Sink might not be working correctly. Or maybe you need more cooks. Read on to find out about Safety!
Safety
Prisoners need Safety? First, maybe you need more guards around your prison. Also, it may be because there isn’t enough security. There is not alot of things you can do about it. Read on to get rid of the need Hygiene.
Hygiene
Well now your Prisoners need Hygiene? Arghhh. Hygiene can be increased by Sleeping but can be decreased Showering. Also, maybe you need more Showers and/or your pipes are not correctly installed. Read on to find out about Exercise.
Exercise
Ok… Your Prisoners need Exercise? Mmk. Exercise can be increased with time without Weight Benchs. It can be decreased by Weight Benchs. Makes sense eh? Also, you might just need MORE
Weight Benchs. Or maybe its because you need more Free Time. Read on to find out about Family!
Family
All people need Family. Even Prisoners! Family can be decreased by Phone Booths and/or Visitation Tables. Also, you need to add a Vistation Room to put the Visitation Tables in. Maybe you just need more Phone Booths or Freetime. Read on to find out about Recreation!
Recreation
Lots of Prisoners need this one! RECREATION! Recreation can be decreased using a common room or Pool Tables and/or TVs. Not alot you can do again D: Well, atleast you decreased it.

Comfort
Well, atleast I know I need this one. Comfort can be decreased by sleeping or sitting on a Bench. I got a idea where the Bench would be! In a Canteen. HAHAHHA GET IT? Read on to find out about
Privacy!
Privacy
I need Privacy also! Privacy is increased by staying in a Holding Cell with other Prisoners. It is decreased by the Prisoner having a private cell. Read on to find out about the special need Freedom! (superman voice)
Freedom
Freedom can be increased by adding more Free Time, during their freetime, prisoners can choose what they want to do. Some prisoners might want to go to the Common Room, so make a Common Room. Also they can Sleep, Play in the Yard, Eat food at the Canteen, Stay in their Cell thinking about their crimes, and Work. Read on to find to lower your Clothes need.
Clothing
Have your prisoners been bothering you about how they need Clothes? Well, all you need to fix this is by making a Laundry Room. After you make the Laundry Room, try hiring a few prisoners to do the Laundry for their fellow roommates. Read on to break some Drug Addictions.
Drugs
Are your Prisoners really saying they want drugs? Well, after you read this, there won’t. All you have to do to lower the need of drugs is create a Program for Drug Rehabilitation. The needs for this program are a Infirmary and a Bed for each Prisoner participating in the program. You also need a Doctor to run the Program. Read on to find out about Alcohol.
Alcohol
Wow, more unacceptable things a Prisoner wants. They wanted Drugs, and now they want Alcohol.
All you need to do in this “impossible need” is to start the Program ‘Alcoholics Group Therapy’. The needs for this Program are to hire a Psychologist, have a Common Room, and have a chair for each Prisoner in the Program. Pretty close to the Drug Program, right? Spirtuality
Some prisoner at the time of their arrest, believed in a religon that they can no longer praise. To fix this problem, all you have to do is make a Church, also known as a Chapel. The things for the Chapel are a Alter, Pews and Prayer Mats. After making the Chapel, you can start the Program Spirtual Guidance. This should let the Prisoners exercise their First Admendment, The Freedom of Religon. Read on to find out about L
Literacy
To lower your Literacy need, all you have to do is create a libary. Pretty simple right? Wrong. Libary create scissors which are a weapon and can be used to attack someone. To stop Prisoners from getting Metal Scissors (controband) you need to add a metal detector to all the leading in from the libary, and out from the libary.
