Hello there, I bet that many people are getting killed by the Ancient Dragon and think that the Ancient Dragon has a Ancient Dragon soul. Unfortunately it has a Soul of a Giant. But there is way to get the Ancient Dragon soul.
What to do
First off, you must have the Ashen Mist Heart and must have defeated The Duke’s Dear Freja. Go back to Freja’s boss room where the stone dragon is. Below it, there should be a tall, reddish cyrstal. Examine it and you will go through the dragon’s memories using the Ashen Mist Heart. Keep looking for another stone dragon and he should have the Ancient Dragon soul.
